Dec 2017
I pray for release
For blackened wings to carry me away
Envelope me and make me fade
So the pain will stop
So I can rest
The sun is getting low
Shining its final beautiful rays
Orange, purple, yellow, and red
Day gives way to the night
Blue to orange
and orange to black
And as I fade
The black envelopes me
And takes me away from this world
Something straight from my heart to you.
