Life is numbers ,were born to them
07.07.1950
We Live through them
1960,
1970,
1980,
1990,
2000,
And when we pass,
07.07 2005,
Are numbers are on our gravestone,
"Life and death"*
Just numbers that pass us all by.

Was it needed,
The words that you clawed,
Trying to rip what I wrote,
You think you can do better
I've read your stuff its amateur hour
And your the joke.
Knock, Knock,
Who's there,
Spelling mistakes
A wrong button pressed,
Its my work,
Words that have been written
But you dont care,
You lust after anything you think even
Though me poem is better,
You treat it like a joke,
   Joke is what you call writing
Its more like a doodle,
From a two year old,
I'm not offened but i think
Your comment is more of a joke.
   Constructive criticism is needed
Not a slating,
If mistakes made,
Gently point to the error,
And how to improve,
Its not a joke words wound
As much as your jealous hate.
If you give me a nasty review
I dont see the joke.
   So when reading
Please read it though,
If a mistake is found be polite,
If its a first timer, a vigin of the pen,
Be gentle,
Be nice,
For if your a d*ck,
Expect me to be pleasant,
Don't expect a polite review,if your poems are crap
After what happened on here the was week or so

-your arms-
          they lift me up
-your words-
          hold me together

but those eyes...
         they melt my heart
Hold me close
don't let me go, tonight
our lips and tongues
will dance their goodbyes

As our fingers follow
familiar trails on flesh
that remembers only a time
when we were lovers

let us toast,
my dear,
to making it this far.

even with our tortured minds
and glazed eyes;
hell,
who would've guessed it?

//

it's a good thing you don't wear mascara in public.
then again,
maybe it doesn't really matter.
you only cry when you're alone.

and i'm sure you're more broken than you seem,
though you still manage to get up and
plaster a smile
onto your cold, blank face
each dreary morning.

//

i am not the poster child of happiness,
or wealth,
or intelligence.
(they don't know that, though.)

failure is in my veins,
mistakes written into my skin
with permanent marker --
the same one they use
to write all those A+s.

//

is it really faking
if we believe it, too?

bravo,
bravo,
look how good we've gotten --
believing our own
little
white
lies.

but little white lies
never hurt nobody.

//

right?
uh idk. thoughts?
