I have a friend with the same name as a poet on here so when I googled his name I found this site.
I write poetry so I made an account.
I posted some poems and met a nice poet, who told me I should put up a picture of myself so I did.
Me and that poet became distant friends.
I posted some more poems and liked some from a different poet (you).
You read my inspirational bands/singers list and liked some of them.
You said the reason you sent me a message was because you liked my profile picture and the inspirations list.
Those are all of the major things that lead up to us meeting...
and I wish that none of them had ever occurred...

When asked what is sadness
there are a number of answers
perhaps sadness is
what we feel when we're alone
but not completely at ease
perhaps sadness is
happinesses broken younger sister
perhaps sadness is
the thing some people crave for
more than anything else
perhaps sadness is
loving someone who doesn't love you back
perhaps sadness is
what comes when we lose love
or have never found it
perhaps sadness is
the only one that feels our pains

a reminder that we're human
well most of the time anyway

just another emotion that follows confusion
sadness is an emotion we feel
when our minds just don't want to believe what's just happened
or we just don't understand...

The wanderer had travelled for at least a day
Weary and tired looked for somewhere to stay
After walking for miles, just wandering around
She came across a perculiar little town
No signposts of entry to welcome her in

The wanderer thought this was strange question

the man said insane we have no houses or businesses

If stone is breakable then why is a stone hearted person less likely to take emotional damage.
Does this mean that someone with a stone heart will only be hurt more when something gets though to them.

It would be nearly impossible to have a cold, frozen heart unless you were dead, because wouldn't your body heat warm your heart and thaw it out.

I personally would prefer a paper heart, although they are the most likely to burn and your blood would most likely saturate it, which I guess would stop it from burning so that's good. A paper heart would probably be easily broken as paper is easily torn, but I guess you could do origami with it, but then I guess you'd die because you wouldn't have a heart.

So I guess that maybe a flesh heart is the best. ( **** I was really hoping that origami heart idea would catch on, like adding the word hogs onto the end of other words to make them sound cooler, all the cool kids are doing it-hogs, or so I'm telling myself)

People don't get to choose what they look like (with few exceptions such as plastic surgery, and even then. ..) so what right do we really have to say that a person is hot, beautiful,  pretty,  cute, ugly or average,  based on how we view their ****** appearance.  Fall in love with one's personality and what's hidden beyond their appearance.
Or don't, whichever right, I mean who the hell am I to tell you how to live.

it all came as a surprise

maybe not light-years
but at least a couple days
and these poems I write
all tell the same story
a girl like you
just can't adore me
and I'll just smile the heartbreak away
