Wanted a bag of chips
Went inside Shell’s gas station
Seen you staring at me
Grabbed the golden Trojans instead
You approached my presence
Trying to investigate me
We head back to your place
To get lost in those sheets

Said listen, love
Go ahead & spread them legs open so I can take this dive
Promise not to judge you
When I f--k you good before I hop back on this road tonight
Don’t you worry
I’ll make sure I hit every wall with constant strokes
The only issue is
You’ll be catching feelings, yearning for some more

May
May turn you sideways
Look back at it & just gaze
Eyes rollin’ as you moan
Talk about you in my next poem
Trojans ain’t working for me
Going raw feeling the tightness
Satisfy my quench now

Said listen, love
Go ahead & spread them legs open so I can take this dive
Promise not to judge you
When I f--k you good before I hop back on this road tonight
Don’t you worry
I’ll make sure I hit every wall with constant strokes
Only issue is
You’ll be catching feelings, yearning for some more

My wife has eyes in the back of her head
So I got her into hats

I give her love with the protection & wisdom I carry

I chase after her consistently as if it’s our first time meeting all over again

I carry her flaws on my shoulders to show that these are my flaws to

I help her seek God when darkness attacks our light

I love her shades of brown skin because Black Lives Matter

I held her hand in marriage, & propose this ring that symbolizes “Till death due us part”

I’ll make love to you
focusing on your mindset
& getting to know you
Take it slow

Don’t yo-yo your way in & out of my life
This is not a game
Don’t play with me

Police brutality is a huge factor
Continue to move forward & never look backwards
I pray for loved ones in 2020 that we lost
Fighting for equality like me no matter the cost
Police tells us nobody is above the law
Yet kneeling on your neck, staring you down as if they’re God
My weapon is my fist & my 45
I assure you I will protect my family & what is mine

Police brutality is a huge factor
Killing blacks one-by-one like we don’t matter
Rioters riot while protesters are beaten in the news
Cops speak in codes, waiting on a signal from their superior just to execute
Trying to survive 2020 dog, somehow
Praying racism will be gone so our color can bloom now
Being black in America is beautiful in my eyes
Keep chanting “BLACK LIVES MATTER” no matter what, & everything will be alright
