So this is what
Dying inside
Most resembles
I get all depressed
And I never
Write better
Just give me four walls
And occasional light
And I’ll gladly dwell
Well
In a cell of my plight
Not in spite
Of the doubt
I can make it out there
But in fear
I’d be living
The daily nightmare

A new case through the prep room doors
On my table ready to be embalmed
A lifetime of hardships and promises
Now forgotten who’s right and been wronged

A new case on my prep room table
Ages have ranged from youth to so old
A lifetime of hardships and promises
Their story shall not go untold

My forceps, my scalpel, my chemicals
Pumped arteries as I drain their blood
A lifetime of hardships and promises
I embalm the oh so beloved...

She wouldn't have bought that smile,
to hide those tears
Only if she had someone
to wipe them!
Well I buy 5 smiles per day. Hell expensive dude!!

I fell in love with the sun, that lights up the sky. It's beauty spreads across the world for every man to see. You promised you would stay forever and I believed you. Only to be left alone in the darkness of night time. I missed your warmth as I hugged my knees with my head laying on them, patiently waiting till morning for you to come once more. One evening when I was crying alone, I heard the moon ask for what I shed tears. I said because the sun left me alone in darkness every night. A cold but gentle breeze blew through my hair, as I heard it say "look up....you were never alone", I raised my heard up and saw the moon. I quickly fell in love with the gentle light that always stayed by my side.

It's like they say, love the ones closer to you. The amount of light doesn't mean anything, because it's the moon that watches over the lost at night when the sun has left

Oh, Monsoon Rain,
Stop, stop, please!
What happiness do you feel
by soaking my love?
Oh, Rain stop, please!

On that wet pathway of my love
I want to give her company
But It makes her feel shy
and she hides her rainy face
with the wet scarf.
So stop heavy rain, stop, please!

In this rainy weather, she's blushing
and walking furtively
on the narrow path.
Then stop, stop raining
Oh, Rainstorm stop, please!

My sweet darling showered
in the Monsoon Rain,
Stop all the rain, stop
Stop, stop, please stop
Oh Monsoon Rain, stop you, please!

Nostalgia is a funny thing
I often think about;
It's whispers of the past slowly
Drown the present out

Seven Years

It took me seven years
to realise
the words in my mind
were too deep for
my mouth to dig up
I thought it was easier
to open my skin
and let the truth
pour down my arms

It took me seven years
to realise
nobody should be allowed
to touch parts
of your home
or hold pieces
of your heart
that you don't yet understand

It took me seven years
to realise
I will wear these scars
forever
I'll carry them
through every smile
every kiss
every concerned gaze
I'll carry them
to my grave

It took me seven years
to realise
the pain carved
into the walls
of my castle
etchings of
attempting to disappear
are not a story of weakness
but a tale of
how I survived
