s
summer bids goodbye-
the cat returns to its dream
on the sound of rain

angelique
you breathe in sweet zephyrs
you speak in rosewood and petal-moss
you sing in cascading ultramarine
you smile in gleaming lavender lust
blue
like the ionian sea
or silken-soul river
and momentarily
a lucid
sapphire touch
~ and your eyes,
they burn like a blue sun ~
Rip open my veins, blood-stained teeth bare
Snapping ribs as you unwrap them-
Crawl inside, child. Home.
Two beating hearts as one
Blistering beneath a polluted sky
You are as hard to look upon as the sun,
My one biggest lie
I need you I need you I need you

But glazed eyes, dried tears and split seams,
I could never keep you

angelique
as days slip through your fingers
as we slowly drift off
into the effulgence
we must remember
that life is not solid
we appear and disappear,
flicker and fade

life is liquid time
a sparkling
astral-soul crystal
a turquoise
clawing sea
and an intangible realm
of thoughts
of reflection
of feeling
of acceptance
dream of summerpast
where you floated in bluer skies...
Freedom in my heart
to sing my songs
in grace.

Solitude is where I find
my entrance to my magic
with creatures that
sparkle and fly, giving
love.

Wild like the wolf
roaming woodlands
creeks with moss
green and soft.

Solitude is my desired
dreams, majestic where
love never stops
growing, never
dies.

Glancing across my
world of beauty I
cross my heart to
my beloved glorified
self, knowing that
to be free I had
to go deep
and find
love.

I had to shine my light
to bring forth the love
that keeps glowing
softly in the calmness
of my solitude.

Freedom is where my
light shines the
brightest.
