What have I planted today
but the seeds of words in my mind's garden?
would they germinate and grow
would they beautify?  and gladden

the heart in verse and song? I'll not fail you
my love,  as it was you who gave me
the seeds with your white tender hands
which I kissed--your love I'll enshrine forever in my poetry.

If love were but words
I have plenty--too, too many
bland, repetitious, habitual, like a stranger's greetings
I would be the least worthy.

If love were but words
the banal I would find from a love-dictionary
'forever, eternal, ever-lasting, unfailing
sweetest,  dearest, angel, darling'--what type of person would I be?

You're my source of happiness.
I can't be happy if my happiness is not happy.

Its weird how you can have so much
and not be happy
whereas a child with a stick
and sand
is the happiest kid in the world x
Happiness is Christmas decorations in April. Good memories  trapped in time that we never wish to release

Happiness is release
because im happy i dropped my insecurities
because im happy i love everybody
because im happy im full of energy
because im happy i lost my fear
because im happy im free
because im happy i dont care
because im happy im aware
Whenever you're feeling down
Don't always come with a frown
Come look like a happy clown

Though of course you can't hide it
At least try a bit

But there are people around
Where your happiness is found
I want to go home
I want to be free
But here I am trapped
And will always be

I dream of a land
With mountains and trees
A beautiful land
With blue lakes and seas

Where I can be free
And do what I please
A land without death
And without disease

A land full of joy
A land full laughter
Where I can live happily ever after
