There you go again,
Dancing across dew drops.
Spinning your sticky shapes into something beautiful and deadly.
But I keep falling into you,
Like a firefly who lost its wings in the wind,
And fell straight into your crooked silk embrace.

Oh how many webs have you spun to feed your hunger?
Your insatiable appetite for devouring my skin and bones.
"Taste me," I scream, snapping off limbs in the struggle.
Feast on my flesh.
Go on, take it all.
I’ll bleed again for you tomorrow.
I don't think words are more destructive than thoughts. I think it's worse when the same thought repeats itself through the night and then you blame yourself for thinking the way you do. There's no off switch to negativity. You can't stop the flood of insecurity. You can only hope you're strong enough to stand your ground against every wave.
I see myself differently, because,
when I look at myself - I see my scars,
my stories, my flaws and secrets.
you see the very least.

I AM NOT DEEP.

I just think alot
I'm not weak
I just feel alot
I'm not probing
I just see alot

they whisper
oohh "she so deep"
I ain't loud
I just make words
echo when I speak

I am not
deep,
simply because
I utilize
my mind
to think!

Nothing more
far from less
than just another
intellectual
poetry freak
They look

They whisper

"She's mad" they say

They giggle

She hears

She ignores, because she doesn't care

She loves being herself

She smiles alone

They ask her,  "why are you smiling alone?"

She looks at them

"No reason" she responds

To herself she wonders

"What's wrong with people!

Not one person

Not two

More than four

Can't I stay happy?" She asks herself

"Am I unique?" She smiles
                             This time with satisfaction

She's unique of course

Rumours reach her

She laughs it off

To their stupidity they expecting to see her frown face

But she smiles wider

They tell her be yourself,
                Stop pretending

She looks at the mirror

To her reflection

"Whom am I if am not me?"

She laughs

They just can't see a good human

Kind,

Honest,

Trustworthy.

To their surprise she doesn't care what they say

To her they are INVISIBLE.
