Kiss me so deep
That I forget what it is to breathe...

Let me taste the sweet sins of your soft lips
Map out every inch of my bare skin
Let me get lost in the music
of your body against mine
Until the earth starts to shake and spin

Because if tonight's all we have
Then darling make me all yours
Don't think about the future and what's past

Because when the sun betrays us in the morning
This perfect illusion will disappear
Don't worry we both knew we wouldn't last

But if there's one thing I know for sure
It's the fact that I'll forever be marked yours
And the memories of you will keep me breathless.
So until we meet again, my poisonous old friend
Kiss me with your toxic lips once more
I had to take out some parts of this poem in the attempt to keep it short. Lost in the chaos of 2015 I'm not sure what inspired this poem but I found this tragically beautiful, like most doomed loves nonetheless... enjoy! ~BM

My daddy wants Republicans
Standing in a line
Then ship them all to Moscow
That would be just fine.
Then after all is said and done
There shouldn't be any fuss
Since that is exactly what
They want to do to us.

They can try graft and corruption
In any foreign war zone;
Dead, like they wish our youth
They'll leave us all alone.
It never seemed a good idea
All this war and death and hate
But Republicans love it all so much
It is their fitting fate.

So Dad wishes all Republicans should
Be put in a big ugly ship.
He's fine with them being gone forever
And wishes them a speedy trip.
So adios all you Republicans
We're sick of all your messing.
Go away and stay away.
You have my father's blessing.

All I have is a photograph
and a blank page with your name,
our lives have clearly changed,
but my heart still feels the same.

So I write down a few scattered lines,
and add a chord or two,
just trying to make new memories of you.

I'll play this song beneath the stars,
watch it dance into the sky.
If on the wind my words do fly,
then you'll hear my lullaby.

Will you look above and think of me
as a shooting star breaks through,
maybe words will make wishes come true.

Now I have a brand new page
with a picture, poem, and song.
I know it's been so long,
but my love's still standing strong.

If a picture paints a thousand words
then this poem will never do,
but I want to make new memories with you.
