bright white stars
like yourself.
Pitch black shadows darkening the walls around
our planets-Pink, yellow, green and purple planets are our salvation
in a world in which we cannot be accepted.
Socially acceptable grays try to expand into our world
but-when we close the door
and the darkness overpowers the grey...
When-
Our hands create a dream, not unlike a package of skittles,
our world fills with planets
and dreams-hopes of
MAUVE
but praying for taffy, rose, fuchsia and periwinkle accents to match.
And guess what?
Everything will be alright
in this world of
cooled down
and chilled off colors.
