Stand up straight
Regain posture
Commands ring my ear
Always feared
Never experienced
They are still around
You ducked life as it ought to have been
Take pen and paper
They endure
Your self doubt exhillirations
All combined and accepted
How to be sure?

Exhaustion
Flatfielder Nov 2020
Lines of discontent
Drawn out for decades
It doesn't make sense
Keep on going scratch and muddy
Self-righteous behaviour
Why bury yourself
Diminish family
Isolate friends
Can't see a light
Dullness sets in
Where are you now
This battle you won't win

Observations hurt

Years as a loner
Under the big changing Sky
work and commitment
Family shared, misbelief  a far cry
Yet down in his heart
A burning light
Hidden, secretly shielded
Condescending bullies outside
Illumination never extinguished
Shined at an occurence
Where clashes opened windows
Into a new bright world
He had to find a deed personal
To give it all he had
Persona physic in real time
No apprehensions met
Taking the reign of his gatekeepers' soul
Chose desires to be freed
To find freedoms mole
His mind at ease
A song danced his whistle
This lad with a brithel

Questions his intentions
When he starts his battered truck
Ready to take him places
In awe when he realizes
He left
Is it nowhere or somewhere
Forced to judge he is alone
He keeps driving
Enters a roundabout
Full circle on the inside lane
Deciding on an exit
Not now he is playing his game
Indecision marred his intention
Second right for going south
Stop for gas
Back in your seat
His intention is
To be about
Does his thing no frowns now clear
Ready to go
Enters a new lifegoals' pier

A word prompt answered on mirakee
Madalasapriya Jun 2020
It was raining over clouds
I found he is searching to get a shelter
He never lost  a hope
What triggered him to attempt his best

As he walked every mile
He heard a soul speaking to him
Just as he heard, it was me standing in pain

He felt we need to move on
Irrelevant  even if what it may
Just as he heard my cries
He took a lead to show me a shelter
and
He left himself alone in rain forever

Carry me through Golden period of love
Feel me so close if so
Its more precious moments between us

Care you gave me
Need you felt for me
Desperate our soul for togetherness

My only love mine ever
This one completes my world
Passionately I declare to say
I won't get any replacement ever
       Never .....
As he is ever mine for ever.....
Love can never be replaced, its ever forever for only one

When his eyes raised questions
I left with no more answers
He traced for my essence
Even when I was never with him

Calming was his heart
Every second he whispered my name
Doesn't look he forgot me
Even I wasn't with him

Such felt forever when
I met him after a long time
Doesn't he changed his love for me
Even I left him

My silence drove his instincts
I casually narrated him
but before he concluded anything
This time his silence told me one thing
" Will you be ever with me, Don't leave me
with an excuse  "
Silence between love do speak so much
Stunned
by her sweet smile.
Inspired
by her angelic eyes.
Behind her
poignant lines
her adorable soul
truly lies.

She is
a true artist
with a masterpiece
that stained across
amaranthine skies.
This piece is for a Mirakee writer named sweetnovember.

Born into this world, that's filled with color
Hoping just to be kind to one and other
A blank canvas, on a artists wall
Moulded like a flower, ever so small.
Actions you take, steps you make
Decisions you've made, due to someone's aid
A painting, brushed by the colors all around you
All these colors, but which one to choose?
Maybe indigo, or teal to be as strong as steel
Or sapphire is your style, a black fire that's versatile
Turquoise if you're weird, cyan too
Ultramarine to be feared, or just an ol midnight blue.
All these colors to look up to
But in the end, we are all just shades of blue.
