Mental Illness is like taking poison everyday.
Some days you have to wait for the full, severe affect for it destroy your body.
Other days there is an antidote to the poison on standby so there is nothing to worry about.
Then there is the gray areas of the poison and the antidote where the use of either are basic human nature.
I had a bad day when I wrote this.

your strength means
pretending i don't matter
you tear me down with your rejection
that is not strength
strength comes from love

Listen I get it
Adults have work
But so do we
We meaning teens
When we say its stressful
Sometimes the adults tell us
We are "lucky"
That we don't have an office job
Yeah, I get that
I get your job is hard.
But so is ours
You were there.
But the teaching system has
Gotten harder
And harder.
Sometimes we go home and work on homework
Longer than we were even at the school
Yes, its stressful.
If you are an adult
And have children
Or you are an aunt
Or an uncle
When that child says they are stressed
Don't say that you are too
Reassure them that the stress will go away
And once they are done they will
Feel a relief.
From finishing that work.
Instead of complaining aswell
Give sympathy to them
You most likely went through the same
So give them the  advice
They need.....

"You flinch a lot"
Yeah I know
There's a reason for that
You may be joking
But that doesn't mean everyone in my past was

"You always cry when someone yells"
Yeah I know
There's a reason for that
I've had threats screamed at me
And words that can never be forgotten

"You forgive people easily"
Yeah I know
There's a reason for that
I've given out a lot of chances
Everybody deserves a second one

"You're a cold ***** sometimes"
Yeah I know
There's a reason for that
Numbness used to be the thing that kept me alive
There's a reason for everything. If someone is oversensitive, or flinches or has panic attacks or bad days, there's a reason. Be nice. Sometimes you're the only one who will be. Have a heart, and it'll make the world a better place.

The Dispatch: "Are you still proud to be a ******* American?"
(Referring to the recent killing of Christina Grimmie and fifty other innocents.)

Me: "What???
First of all, I never said I was "proud" to be American.
Second, I don't think of myself as an American, I just see me as MYSELF.
Third, I was correcting you for being biased about ALL Americans, based on some awful Americans.
Lastly, just because I am between the Canadian and Mexican borders does not give you or anyone else the right to view me as/imply that I am similar to a sorry excuse for a human being who MURDERED someone.
You do not know anything about me, you do not know what kind of person I am. You do not know my neighbor across the street, you did not know the man that shot and killed Christina Grimmie. You do not know the next name of the person who will commit homicide in YOUR country.
Killing is, I believe, the worst crime that anyone can commit...but it happens everywhere. It doesn't matter what the statistics are, a life is a life.
Christina Grimmie was born just like you were; was a human just as you are. She was these things just as an unknown person is, somewhere else in the world who might regrettably lose their life to the hand of another.
It's true that you don't know me, so you don't know if I am or ever will be like the handful of murderers that I unfortunately share a country with. But you should not label me as such a dreadful, DREADFUL thing.
Don't be prejudice against anyone, no matter where they come from. I sincerely hope that no other people are hurt by your nasty words--especially in times of tragedy."

She is gray outside.
But her heart is blue.
She loves to smile
But she forgot how

He is black outside
But his mind is yellow
He loves to sing
But they tell him he can't

She is white on the outside
But her thoughts are red
She is a genius
And they hate her for it

He is brown outside
But on the inside, he is pink
He loves to dance
But they tell him he is girly for it

We all have our own colors
We are all different on the inside
We are all beautiful
No one is ugly
Discriminating against someone because they look different, sound different, or are less fortunate than you is not funny. It's just mean.

Let us help do what we can for animals everywhere
And FIGHT AGAINST ANIMAL ABUSE!
The rest of the world can be animal abusive
But that doesn't mean we have to
WE HAVE A CHOICE!
We can help do as much as possible
To stop animal abuse
Or we can just go our way
And do nothing whatsoever
Stand up for what's right
And FIGHT AGAINST ANIMAL ABUSE!

~Marian~
Sorry if this steps on anyone's toes,
But I believe that we should do what we can
To help stop animal abuse...
And I am trying to think of what I can do to stop it...
Another thing I don't like is how you have to be rich nowadays
Just to ensure your pet can live longer...
WHY SHOULD YOU EVEN HAVE TO PAY
FOR HELPING YOUR ANIMAL,
FOR PITY'S SAKE IF YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT
And that is partly why so many animals have to be put to sleep
I know, because it's happened to me and my family
But I intend to do something about it
And I encourage you all to the same...
It doesn't even have to be something big...
Let us FIGHT AGAINST ANIMAL ABUSE!
Thanks for taking the time to read this...
And sorry if I sound rude here...
I certainly wasn't trying to be...
And thank you for your time!!
