Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells
don't sit there with a frown
Deck the Halls with Boughs of Holly
'Cause Santa Clause is Comin' to Town

Christmas Time Is Here
What a wonderful time of year

Hope all on HP get a lot of presents
Have a White Christmas
and Drink a cup of Cheer

and everything your heart desires
may come to you my dear
Merry Christmas to all the wonderful poets on Hello Poetry
(Reach Out!)

Carols and cold winter whispers
Fill the snowy atmosphere
Curtain sparkles,
trees and lanterns
Bring light in these times of short nights,
Short tempers, when expected moments are nigh
And away, they suddenly fly...
Think "warm," think thousands of fireflies
Let us have a much needed rest
From WARS, DEATH, pain, bitterness, sadness
For now, forget anger, revenge, despair, hatred, sorrow
Think away from us, far from ourselves, let our minds roam
Let our minds gravitate towards the children of the world
Their innocent smiles, lost in this cruel, mad, world...
A heart broken, is a pale comparison to those children's sufferings...
Why not let our laughter and our giggles,
With good wishes and hopeful thoughts, mingle...
Let these positive vibes fill the world, saturate the air
Let us ponder, write of happy moments, with flair...

Beam with a SMILE,
Be contagious,
Reach out,
Make the world SMILE!

We are all connected deep inside
We are seated side by side,
Everyday, we join a trip
In this vessel called
F R I E N D---S H I P.

LET US LIVE, REVIVE, AND SPREAD THE CHRISTMAS SPIRIT AND HOLIDAY CHEERS.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A VERY PEACEFUL NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL!!!

LOVE TO ALL-

Sally

***no offense to those of  us who are heartbroken, my heart goes to you, I feel for you, but let us be selfless just for once, and be happy just this once...***

Ever wonder my dear, why my tears fall down ?
it is because your words created gravity,
a field that pulls me down,
now I am forever bound by its laws,
in this creation I will wait,
the curtains draped like a shroud,
would that the faint glow of a sunlit morn be my release,
raising the corners of my mouth into a smile,
not this day, or the next, for everything is pulled down,
endlessly down by the gravity of your words.
My marriage is long since over and has been for years but the parting words that we shared still sometimes haunt me.
Self-inflicted,
internalize.
Don’t say a thing, just shut your eyes.
She doesn’t want to hear,
why you feel this way.
You grate on her nerves,
when you keep mentioning those things.
Cry in your pillow,
and internalize
whatever you are thinking.
It’s just in your mind.
Self-inflicted.
Internalize.

Our world
A special place
created in time and space
A gift from the universe and life itself
Two souls
Barely touching
so close
our lips
can almost kiss
almost
can our skin meet
and explore
the texture of our flesh
How we long for that
How I will thoroughly
love your neck
Go down lovingly
from your chest
to let my tongue
meet your bare flesh
Savour the taste
and drink
untill your essence
drips down my chin
Insatiable
is my thirst and hunger
Gluttonous
I want to devour
every fiber of your wonderfull
being
Tear down the walls of time
and unwrap
this luscious
present waiting
that is a love filled life with you
with pleasent memories
and lust filled passionate nights
only to slowly
let you drip into my being
untill our soul's
are intertwined
in space and time
as we experience our love
and make love when our Soul's touch

Walk without a sound
Though you carry a heavy burden
Speak in a whisper
So as not to disturb the garden
Decide with purpose
Though you may be uncertain
Open your heart
No life should suffer a curtain
You are not in my bed
But you are still
In my sheets
I have tried to
Wash you out
By cleaning them
Repeatedly
But it just isn't
Working
There is not a
Laundry machine
In the world
That could rid you
From the fabric
Of where we used to lay
Together
Molded by the formation
Of our pressed bodies
Stained with sweat
Our ***,
A pathetic excuse
For intimacy
It was not love
But whatever it was
Is gone now
I have tried to
Erase you
From the pattern
Of the blanket
I sleep with
It is the only
Warmth I have left
We used to drift off
Wrapped up in
Each other's skin
Holding to shake
The fear from
Our bones
The inevitability
Of tomorrow
We were never
Made to last
You faded
Right before
My eyes
Everything your hands
Have ever touched
Of mine
Still has your prints
On it
The material
Can't let you go
And neither can I.
