In time, you took my breath away
staring at the stars draws warmth to
my very soul
Do you think we will grow old together/?
Mysterious connection miles away
Galaxy of love
Sparkling universe, passion in the air
seasons change my love for you grows
Galaxy of love opened my whole world
Each day I value your time
In time, you took my breath away
your heart shines from a distance
Two hearts, two souls
You are my warmth, when I'm down
You are a joy to be around
Galaxy of love, you took my breath away,
I like to sit and code for hours,
then go outside and pick flowers for my wife,
for my life.
When she is happy i am too,
she loves white and i love blue.
When I'm wrong she acts like I'm not,
I can't believe how lucky i got...
A mock pack of sea dogs
Lay on the hot, white shore;
Their wrinkles said
They'd been too long
In the sea.
Next to them dozed a tyrian crab
Whose sleep in a foot-trace deep
Commenced to crumble
In the green rumble
Of a lecherous tide.

Then a dark, awkward sound
(Not too far from the drowsing crab)
Was heard.
He came forth from the mountain
To sun himself on the shore
And send the frightened rocks
Back to the deep.

my hand
Walk with me
through dalihian
fields

                  Vast
                  gardens
                 under the
                   crown of gold light
                   blooms

By
the lake
Under trees
A silvern rope
swings

             Hold
             the rope
              swing to pond
               Swim beneath the
              stars

See
Northern
Lights dance past
Strokes of painter's
brush

        Blues
          greens, pinks
          Pure   in  beats
          Music    for    our
          eyes

Tears
well  up
and  fall  at
the beautiful
sight

          Let
        love fly
        on the wings
          of hope and peace
        free

High
to     the
world of  dreams
Ride   the  winds  of
hope

       I
        embrace
          hold  hands  with
           my  lost  inner
          child

Face
towards
the dark skies
     Shadows behind
me

                                Heart
                                  is  now
                                   tender   flame
                                Don't hang,  lantern
                                  Fly
Lanterns poems, my lastest obsession!
I just let the words flow here. And reading it makes me feel so happy.
Like I'm lighting the lanterns of my inner child's dream...
Makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside, it's almost unreal.
Truly. These poems are making me happier. A level of happiness I haven't felt in such a long time. I'm definitely going to do more of these! ^.^
Love you, everyone! Thanks so much for 84 followers!
You're the bomb!
Be back soon!

Someday, I will leave the South,
the boondocks where I have lived all my life,
and move up to Cleveland, Ohio,
the home of the Cleveland’s and start a new adventure,
walking down the deep shade of the polished cityscape,
channeling captivating scenery into poetic words,
filled with perfect photographic depictions,
as fluttering fireflies light up the nighttime sky,
twirling through the spectacular streets of glorious fancies,
lost in the moonlit glow, watercolors painting the background
a dazzling array of colors oozing onto the surface of my soul.
I’ll fall in love with this majestic mountain of dreams,
leaving the past behind to step foot on the many attractive sites of Ohio, escaping into a new dimension filled with wonder and nightlife extravagance, drumbeating vibrating through the vivacious streets, trombones sounding off down the jazzy landscape,
pianos playing hypnotizing melodies all down the rocking roads,
as large crowds of partygoers came marching
onto the scene, groove boogying, heads spinning,
feet stomping to the funky sounds of bopping beats,
street lamps dancing in the cool breeze,
while sparks of fireworks line the shimmering skyline,
igniting flames of flashing lights inside the windows to my soul,
my eyes falling deeper and deeper beyond this canvas
of exploding discoveries, dancing through the summer streets of love, like two birds whistling sweet enchanting harmonies
to one another on a sandy beach.  I was connected to this detailed
landscape bursting with extreme excitement,
standing on the edge of the sidewalk,
breathing in the sweet salvation filling the air,
watching the vivid view melt into my mouth,
like milky ice-cold cream touching the tip of my tongue,
as I look up at the constellation of stars in sync with my destiny.
Sun of autumn, thin and shy
And fruit drops off the trees,
Blue silence fills the peace
Of a tardy afternoon’s sky.

Death knells forged of metal,
And a white beast hits the mire.
Brown lasses uncouth choir
Dies in leaves’ drifting prattle.

Brow of God dreams of hues,
Senses madness’ gentle wings.
Round the hill wield in rings
Black decay and shaded views.

Rest and wine in sunset’s gleam,
Sad guitars drizzle into night,
And to the mellow lamp inside
You turn in as in a dream.

Six months on, and hundreds of offspring later,
She is much too languid to even move.

The listless queen bee is stung repeatedly;
Her own children have seemingly turned on her.

Once good and dead she is tossed from the nest.
Merciless? Or mercy killing?

I will leave you to decide.
