Autumn Rose
We are dancing
on the sea,
We are floating
on the moonlit waves
As sailor ships are
passing by
In the
midnight blue.
Wings of silver
tread, flying so
high above with you
As the enchanting
stars sail serenely by.
Do they know
where will we go?
Memories turn to
dust and shadows
underneath the
fading moon
Like an eternal dream...
I had a very magical dream last night...

There is no point,
   there is no end,
Once begins,
   continues again,

There is no cure,
   no easy fix,
No easy way,
   to get rid,

Once it starts,
   never ends,
Not just once,
   but never again,

There is no way,
   to run from it,
No way to hide,
   no way to rid,

Nothing to do,
   no way to escape,
Once it comes,
   this doom-your fate.

People don't change
Their masks do
All the passers by stop and stare
at the girl with the sparklers in her hair
a crown adorned with precious jewels
to blind those mere mortal fools
as many men have laid at her feet
to form a blanket on the ground
but her Prince shes yet to meet
her true love has not been found
the one that will look past the glitter
and see the sparkle from within
this one will remain with her
through this turbulent life of sin.

I see my reflection in the mirror
Sad eyes that doesn't look like mine
Tear stained cheeks
Pain seeping through my skin
A fake smile on my face
The girl looking back at me
Isn't who I used to be
You can almost see her heart breaking
If you look closely you can see her soul shaking
You can almost hear her screaming inside
It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
  By the name of ANNABEL LEE;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.

I was a child and she was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea:
But we loved with a love that was more than love—
  I and my ANNABEL LEE;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
  Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud, chilling
  My beautiful ANNABEL LEE;
So that her highborn kinsmen came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.

The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
  Went envying her and me—
Yes!—that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my ANNABEL LEE.

But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we—
Of many far wiser than we—
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
  Of the beautiful ANNABEL LEE.

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
  Of the beautiful ANNABEL LEE;
And the stars never rise but I see the bright eyes
  Of the beautiful ANNABEL LEE;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling, my darling, my life and my bride,
In her sepulchre there by the sea—
In her tomb by the side of the sea.

I am
    bound by the
  belief that
     life,

with
  all of its
                           dark tunnels
                following tracks
                    of hurt
   caused by someone who
    claims to
                       have cared,

         shorelines
          of empty promises
                                        vacant of any feeling
                      washing your dreams
into a sewer system
                      of nightmares

                 and

                     twisted stairways
of all that was shared
               crumbling beneath
the weight of a
                      broken heart

gets no better
than this,

        and I am
          ecstatic
       by the
          fact
                 that it

                                               eventually ends
I just wish it would hurry the hell up
Thank you to all of my friends here for your kindness and for making this life a little bit more bearable. Sometimes though the pain is just too much.
