sink your teeth into art,
realism with a kick.

midnight owl, introverted,
I hear you step inside my mind,
like a child upon stairs.

lucidly dreaming of peace-
within the insane,
you're my nostalgia lane.

I feel.

night shadows.

I solemnly swear, it was a ghost
the kind of which truly exists
it's a part of my former self

Night shadows creep in the dark
I feel like it's a sign, maybe it is love?
or possibly I'm mad with depth.
I'll probably add more in the near future

To love right seems to me; to love the wrong soul,
and place your undying trust to a broken mind,
who doesn't appreciate the depth of your love.

nostalgia bites.

It’s been a long time to forbid emotions to run like a water tap
love drips all into my heart and I am lost for words
mainly because it’s drowning in lust

The image of yours is stuck in my brain like a virus
I can’t get rid of you nor do I want to erase you
from my heart, or my brain, or my dreams

I am taken aback by these strong waves of depth
intense nostalgia running through my head
forever lost in standing time.
opinions welcome.

ink replaced love.

You & I: polar opposites from the moment
we both laid eyes on one another

(but I loved you regardless...)

Even the moment we lacked the vital
skills of our blunt communication
but we stacked up with
words of ammunition

(it became a battlefield for us...)

Instead of exchanging love-filled letters
we chose the ultimate fight of hearts
I'm not sure either of us won
perhaps you did

(you broke my heart...)

Ink replaced love, ink replaced us
it replaced the lonely nights
ink gave me a reason to smile
it saved my hope

(ink replaced love...)
