Creep

Creep
They stood together
Huddled and shivering,
Desperation brimming in their eyes.
They were so close to each other,
But yet
You could see how far they were.
How much they've gone through,
How they diverged and seperated.

It was so apparent,
In their bright eyes
How much they lived each other
As their crimson eyes
Blinked tears away,
Their split lips trembling with
Unkept promises,
Lies,
And I love you's.

Yet, nothing,
Nothing they do will ever
Keep them away,
They were catastrophic lovers,
Bound to death
And heading for oblivion.

Together,
They'll hold each other's hand,
Wipe away each other's tears,
And stand up

And walk

And soon they'll be

Gone.
Time after time

Creep
It's not when you let go and let the pain rush over,
That's not when you're the strongest.
That's not strength.

Strength is being able to smile
Even when you are overwhelmed eith hardships,
And don't you forget it.
Thinking of my little brother...

"Their faces change into one of disgust
And their mouths only open to spit out venomous words
As the tears that have betrayed me, roll down my cheeks,
They point and laugh.
Yet the water that escapes my eyes is all for show,
Only for their satisfaction.
As I turn and run down the hall,
A grin overcomes my frown.
I laugh it off as I skip home,
Forever never living in doubt"

It hits in a spiritual, delirious way
the taste of blood is the only reminder
of how much I enjoy the pain

I crashed the car and I lived
I roamed the highway searching for your ghost
only to find it moved on long ago

We travelled 500 miles in this chase
for euphoria; the few signs on the way
urging us to follow separate paths

You're gone and I'm trapped
within this memory, a period of stasis
Cursing the alleged 'free road'
that brought us to this standstill.

(You never were one to take a risk,
always pausing to play it safe)

These selfish lights refuse to shift
throwing us back to different ends
of the spectrum once again

Yet I'm pulsing red, devilish hues
for you for you for you

If I could, I would crash all over again
But your lips are the only collision I need
and I was never one to wear a seat-belt

They say that you are the lung of the world
An umbrella for the street light.
I know you can, and this I trust
Turn my bad habit into something of use
Unlike dear reflection, contemplation under
The stars.

At the concourse of many lives,
How much spite you must have caught,
I ‘hale a generation’s lot
Could I ask cleanliness that follows me
Into silence? Surely in the summer of its
Passionate body—
Surer towards its autumn.
I can hear your back crack,
in the dark.
Removing your underwear
with chewed fingernails:
You softly ask
if we can share scar tissue
and if I'll stay
despite every issue.

You try to kick the covers
off of our bed,
and ask if we can share the thoughts
buzzing inside of your head.

When insomnia erases your eyes
and disease steals your brain:
You inhale ways to die,
because you still dream
but it's not the same.

I can hear the static in your skull.
I know why you keep
the kitchen knives dull.
You pull on my fingers
so I don't forget you.
You cry on the pillows
and hope I like romance too.

I kiss your temple
during each thunderstorm.
I read you books in bed,
because your eyes are worn.
I put my ear to your chest
because I want you to see
that the air you breathe
means everything to me.
we were wild spirits gliding through the
forest with the fervor of a tiger. a rush of
life through our limbs, invigorated our
spirits. no weight held us down,
no one subjected us to normality.
no, we shrieked and roared
with laughter. the whole forest
could hear , no matter. our souls,
fiercely and blithely vibrating
our thoughts together, entwined
by sheer silliness; it's not childish,
so twisted our souls were. it was a healing
concoction, quenching the thirst of the soul's
essential needs.
simple yet sweet were those times.

but her eyes
glistens with tears.

she sees the land with blurry
vision. her home had vanished,
and he had already left. she stares
apathetically into the empty forest,
no laughter, no love left in stock.
This is life, she thought. A
cathartic sigh leaves her
mouth, and she goes on.

Sometimes your heart needs to be broken
So you can see what's underneath,
To the flicker and flame of your soul
That you've always been destined to meet.

Sometimes your spirit shines brighter
Through the glimmering light of your tears,
And when you arrive at the end of it all
Love will outshine the darkest of years

A light flickers deep within the green of your eyes
Like the shimmering sea in the moonlight’s small grin
The darkness is draped over the once bird filled skies
The stars choking behind clouds as I start to close in

My brushing touch on your skin makes your body shiver
Even though you wanted me whenever I was near by
At the sound of my whisper, you shake and you quiver
But my dear one, for me you should never be shy

My hand ascends further up your porcelain case
I rest on your chest that tries to cage your heart of stone
Your sweet breath pursues the fluttering beats in a chase
But I can run faster, taking breaths away as my own

The light goes out as I take you with my unseen knife
Now you will always be mine. I take your lips, I take
That breath and those beats. You take the bait, I take your life
For from my embrace on this Earth you shall never wake
withered and wretched
broken at the wrist
the skin were his watch lie was pale
the rest was sun kissed

he needed to hang his head
for he was out of breath
the only time being told here
was ticking towards his death
