People got their brain to think ,
But,
You got brain to do it .
Make that happen

I had to let you go
to make your heart whole.
Even though it means
leaving my heart broken into pieces.

Qualyxian Quest
In Welsh it means white and holy
It’s holy indeed to me

Her beautiful face in moonlight
Near the sounding sea

Long brown hair down to her waist
To see is ecstasy

My sweet romantic teenage nights
Still she haunts my memory

a dead man showed up at my door yesterday
its been a long time since ive seen his decay
he poured me my daily coffee every morning
but the devils bitter poison never gave me any glory
an eon ago i undid the trigger of the gun
to escape from my heart's loud & ceaseless drum
i took shelter inside the towers of static
they drowned out my pulse and everything else in the attic

A traveller once gave to me
Some ancient sands of Galilee
"Go place this in a glass of time,
Your heart, its soul will intertwine."

Around my neck I tied with cord,
And carried on the fruitless thought-
Cruel life it is to all uneven,
But sorrow in me only deepened.

"How are we bound this sand and I?"
Though in his place now only sky.
"Who touched this sand that made it dread?
Whose dust is this that now is dead?"

My soul and it were surely bound,
Not as I hoped nor as I found.
Enslaving me in walls of time,
Each passing grain, strengthening bind.

The sands they spoke of ancient truth
Known to all hearts without need proof.
I ceased believing I was wronged,
The sand they sang with rhythmic throng.

I saw the trunkless legs of stone
Then to to the East the sands were blown
Washed down from the King's own feet,
Dormant it lay in desert heat.

A wanderer since had encased
This desert soul, and ancient race.
Its story known its message clear
Its timely rhythm bringing fear.

Upon a rock I broke its cage
A sudden shock, a fit of rage.
The whirlwind set my old heart free
I'd touched the start of History.

Heart, soul and sand together one
Consumed by fiery desert sun.
Though does not turn to ashes but
Brings forth new life from ancient dust.

streets are flooded with petals from the reddest of roses
everyone whos set foot in paris knows this
chanting in the square for the lovers to be seen
in the romance of revolution, my head courts the guillotine
social studies class covers robespierre ONE time...

the fire in the tower outshines the moon
nearly as blinding as the darkness encasing it
raging storms collide with my eyes
and echo each others lightning
blade plunged into my chest, my heart still beats
but as i am pushed from the railing,
forget-me-nots and pomegranate seeds fleeing my fingertips,
i know i will be dead before i hit the water

Your eyes sang the song of loss
And I recognized the chorus
I was reading a book in a place no normal person would be. When I was accomponied by a lovely gal who had the same plans as me. We never spoke a word to eachother but I've never felt so understood.
