Be strong and keep walking
My inner voice said
Gear up for the future
look straight ahead

Take a deep breath
Forget the past years
Keep your head up and
Dry your tears

Even though, you're hurt
And she broke your heart
Keep your HEAD.....
And your HEART apart

It is tough
But time will surely heal
Perhaps a new life
Will then reveal
need i...

explain away the pain

the misery that i see

through tears of acid rain

i ask of you the bitter truth

the last thing i'll ask sane

after all who placed the call

and who has more to gain

could it not grow without
the seeds of doubt

you planted in this man

the ones that i helped water

with tears of acid rain
Lips, soft as petals, rarefied as undiscovered
Wild orchids.

Hair, threads of gold gathered, woven, mined
From secret caves.

Eyes, that fell from violet skies landing on new
Isles of azure.

Skin, so salmon flecked, subtle, delicate, solas,
Destination.

Your body is buried cask and gilded keeper
Of jewels and flame, whispers, searing cold,
Blue fires untamed—

Lush, fertile wanderings, colourful birds, sweeping
Moon, pools of sorrows and light, trees branching,
Pleasures keen, crushing delights without name.

Closer yet still far away
my heart does feel your beat
Tempting as a summer’s days
or something quite as sweet

Over valleys long and true
I long for but your touch
Just the very thought of you
does make my world so much

Reaching at a beacon strong
on the horizon’s line
Waking from an evening long
in hopes that your are mine

Falling quick upon my knees
gazing to the skies above
In this world that all do see
please send to me her love

Stars surround my every dream
in solitude to know
Cast off by a tiny beam
this evening’s moon does glow

As it washes on my face
the peace I feel so deep
Memories I can’t erase
forever I shall keep

Touch me from this distance far
and bring my smile to feel
Softness of the way you are
in love it feels so real

Break from this which you do hold
and cast these feelings true
I’m waiting on this moonlit night
for but the love of you
The August Moon saw the rise of a phoenix from the ashes,
In the huts of poverty was she born,
An arrow of peace,
The changing touch of a stranger

She, the one with an old soul
She, the one with joy
She, the one with a vibrant smile
She, the one with a heart of gold
She, the one with selfless love

Born and bred with the tenacity of a lioness, courage did she ooze with her every day stride
A delicate orchid, with the raw beauty of a black rose
A gift amongst the blessed

She, a pillar of strength
She, a beacon of hope
She, a wild heart
She, a rebellious soul
She, a free spirit
She, a phenomenal woman

Floundered the earth for her offspring did she,
Gave wholeheartedly,
Loved wholeheartedly,
Lived fully did she.
Still now, she molds from her final resting place a queen and king

She, my mother.*

Rest In Peace
I have this chain around me
my hands are tied together
I cannot move so freely

I have this chain around me
my mouth is encrusted with power
I cannot shout so loud

I have this chain around me
my ears are full of order
I cannot hear so clear

I have these chains around me
so tight, so heavy
I cannot breathe so fully
