*I became a poet the day I wrote your name
I write to survive
and to state what's on my mind.

I do it to stay alive,
and digest what I find

in these forests who revive
me; they show me a sign

to keep going,
to keep pushing

--stay within these versatile lines,
write these words in real time.
Never erase or rewind.

Kiss me with poison
That poison we call love
Poison each other's purity
Like two dying doves

We'll hit it off with all this poison
Drugged up till we hit the next town
And when we both decide it's over
That poison will bring both of us down.
Love is harmful, beware.
Parts placed in the Machine
Stamped out from a larger piece
Repetitive in nature
They just keep coming
Hordes upon hordes
GOOD LORD
THIS IS ALLOT
But its my plague
No room for the vague
Micrometer zeroed
Bending hero
I conform to fit in
And still get rejected
I guess this factory called life...
Just has zero tolerance.
Forgiveness
Poets meld through words
Artists paint the world
Translate souls onto canvas
We all have a view
Produce and direct
But the red tape
I just have to eject
Im black you see
In the deepest darkest part of me
A slave now freed
Friends of color at highspeed
Lenses retracted
I do not like how you acted
Playing a part
Roll on cue
Cut
Scene 1 is done
And its cataloged for the masses
But assuming just makes both of us *****
Film classes my glasses
Are foggy at best
Take the best negatives
And discard the rest
Measure your footage
And highlight the schemes
But from one to another
I was only pertraying my dreams
Hope love persective friendship black&white; humanity spirit tolerance imperfections v. & s.p
The true meaning of Christmas
We have all for gotten

People think its all about giving the right gift
Or
What will I get

And if its not something we want or under the tree
we get upset

But really I could do without the presents
For I only want to help people in need
Make a kid happy and smile

For the true meaning of Christmas is to help those in need and not what anything in return
There are two types of pain:
One that hurts you
And one that *changes you
#pain #it #still #hurts
