You might just wanted to keep talking,
Just so you could pass some time
And it all made me fall for how concerned you are
But now I know I made a mistake;
For thinking about how close we are
No, I don't mind if you wish to leave
We had good times, I can cling to
But I hope in all this time;
Out of all the promises you made,
You meant to keep a few

Dear heart, stay calm
Don't make me run so fast
Oh eyes, whom do you want to see?
Who's behind the door?
There's no one
The wounds have turned into scars
They don't bleed anymore
So why do you think;
Someone will care to come?
Sit silently and smile, as if;
There's no feeling to be freed,
No tale to be told.

Pain over rules all
Regretful of my past, present and future
What is it with life?
People talk about ups and downs
Reminiscing your scars only aches
No sign of healing nor strength
Once so equiped with words
So sure of what to say,
Of what to write
Now, no more
It is not only actions but the impact of words
How you get pulled into abyss
How you're forced into isolation
Words are what matter
They compel you to think
They take you to places and touch your soul
Either poignantly or intimately
It is the impact of words
The harsh and crudeness in them
The hurtful things that you hear
They can take away all of you!
Good-by, proud world, I'm going home,
Thou'rt not my friend, and I'm not thine;
Long through thy weary crowds I roam;
A river-ark on the ocean brine,
Long I've been tossed like the driven foam,
But now, proud world, I'm going home.

Good-by to Flattery's fawning face,
To Grandeur, with his wise grimace,
To upstart Wealth's averted eye,
To supple Office low and high,
To crowded halls, to court, and street,
To frozen hearts, and hasting feet,
To those who go, and those who come,
Good-by, proud world, I'm going home.

I'm going to my own hearth-stone
Bosomed in yon green hills, alone,
A secret nook in a pleasant land,
Whose groves the frolic fairies planned;
Where arches green the livelong day
Echo the blackbird's roundelay,
And ****** feet have never trod
A spot that is sacred to thought and God.

Oh, when I am safe in my sylvan home,
I tread on the pride of Greece and Rome;
And when I am stretched beneath the pines
Where the evening star so holy shines,
I laugh at the lore and the pride of man,
At the sophist schools, and the learned clan;
For what are they all in their high conceit,
When man in the bush with God may meet.

I tried to pick flowers but my hands only reached out to the thorns;
Because I kept thinking my hands are not the right place for them to belong
I tried to split my vein into two;
but could not
Because something always held me back from being such a coward
I tried to be a different person from who I was yesterday;
And someone held my hand to uplift me,
silently
We are not alone even if we don't see anyone around us. There's someone way more close to us than we think. And that someone for me is my 'God'.

despite cloudy weather and stormy seas
despite the malice of my  hidden enemies
the sneers and chuckles of silent assassins
lurking in the shadows of all my mishaps
my nascent spirit came shining through
timid and shy at first like a slice of moon
then in a huge roar mightier than the lion's
warmer than the sun breaking through cloud
and there i was, one bright and happy day
in triumph even when they willed it not
This is a poem for everyone struggling against the odds

Words floating on a piece of paper
And thoughts stuck in my head
Can not find a way out
As if the poet in me is dead

Lacking all the vision and wisdom
How can I claim to have this skill?
Losing myself now and then
Creates a hole that's not being filled

Just to get better at this
I keep wasting papers and ink
But maybe that's not who I am
As being a poet is a beautiful gift
I'm not a poet.

My future may be vague, but my my present triggers my hope that you're worth the wait !
They say that God lives very high;
  But if you look above the pines
You cannot see our God; and why?

And if you dig down in the mines,
  You never see Him in the gold,
Though from Him all that’s glory shines.

God is so good, He wears a fold
  Of heaven and earth across His face,
Like secrets kept, for love, untold.

But still I feel that His embrace
  Slides down by thrills, through all things made,
Through sight and sound of every place;

As if my tender mother laid
  On my shut lids her kisses’ pressure,
Half waking me at night, and said,
  “Who kissed you through the dark, dear guesser?”
