Because

I love you, love you..
Because you were mine
You ask me why?
Many reasons, I replied
Feeling over whelmed
Savoring your touch one more time
There won't be any tomorrows
Without you wouldn't be the same
And I don't want to be afraid...

She lifted her chin and walked back to the love seat
Back to her feelings
To many tears
Indecision on her face.
Looking over her shoulder
She whispered with a crack in her voice..
"Do what you got to do."
Just know,
I will always love you."
Because...

Upon a beach of silken sand
Neath nighttime's wondrous skies
Stars aglow of heavens hand
Soft moon beams fill your eyes

With gentle seas awash the shore
The scent of ocean wind
A shooting star our smiles explore
As dreams once more begin

Now glistening on waters blue
A hypnotizing light
Illuminates this love so true
I feel for you this night

In solitude of gentle flow
The touch of fingertips
A canopy of evening glow
My kiss upon your lips

This universe is ours to hold
Amongst the stars we'll play
Of secrets now our hearts have told
Beneath the Milky Way

Her eyes spoke the words that her lips never said
As she lay there in silence curled up on the bed,
A solitary teardrop meandering her face
That fell from flushed cheeks onto bed sheets of lace.

With a vacant expression and hollowed out stare
Concealing the heartbreak and utter despair,
She clung to the pillow, so tight to her chest,
Upon which the head of her true love would rest.

The rose of her heart had succumbed to decay,
Faded, diminished, and withered away,
Blackened by misery, hardened through grief,
And drained of all passion by death's cunning thief.

Her once perfect world like those empires of old
Had crumbled to ruin, so desolate and cold,
No longer would love warm her soul like the sun
For the harshest of winters had now just begun.

In the recess of memory, precious and pure,
Her lover's last kiss would forever endure,
A comfort in sorrow and constant lament
Till the days of her own life are equally spent.
Their ever present world of love
All the love in heaven displayed
here on earth in their earthly bed

Here on earth their love to abide
Bathing in kisses of mighty heat
****** hands they knew not
exploring each other
that they adored!

Disturbingly calm
a moaning shadow
caught them suddenly
completely off guard

Awake as they hear their breathing
the sounds lingers on their skin
soft and warm the touches were free
huddling in moments of moonlight
they were infinite were they......

New lovers finding each other

I would love to see your poetry on new love

that would be wonderful

Debbie
Time was...
Stranded in your present
laying in your loving arms
you reaching for my form
stimulating my lips
plunged restlessly what may
discovering each other
inside and out

Walking towards me
a little wildness knowing what was coming
holding my breath
between the roses of stars
kissing the inside of my mind
coming apart at the seams

He touched me low
made my lips part
my breath cease

Opened his hand on my stomach
I might never have been touched before
while we become one
so fervid was my reaction
a shudder and soft grasp
I drew his hand down
claimed his mouth with mine

holding on to tomorrows
Beyond the beautiful forever's..*

Oh How Grand Love Can Be
You’re my tortured skin begging to feel your touch
Your words kiss me on my lips, your description
Fascinates me, with mouths wide open you hold me
In my vision….

You tell me I am your temptress of emotions, as you outline
My face with your fingertips, you touch me with a hunger
That burns, as my hand glide across your chest.. my face
rubs your manly hair, as my vision of you makes me smile…

With every step you make me in an ****** vision tunneled
I swallowed your intoxicate silhouette, as sweat drips
From my eyelashes, my lips tremble, as you approach me
I am open in the vibration of the vision …

Our bodies molten by the hot liquid of our lava, we gyrates
In our convulsion of each other, I see you turn In my direction
My pulse races at a faster impulsion, you stand there, soaking in my sight
I don’t want to walk away from this vision ….

She was  surprised to wake up in his arms. His breathing was slow, and steady, she thought he was still sleeping, a steady movement against her hands..
She had to admit it felt good but she was still surprised. Her heart was thumping against his cheek, strong and becoming excited.

It was difficult to believe she was laying in a hotel room with this man, practically naked, with a man she hadn't known very long. There was an attraction between them neither one could deny, the emotions were strong and the passion they felt just looking at each other, and when they touched it was an explosion of excitement.

She closed her eyes and breathed deeply, trying to gather her thoughts which was hard when she laid so close to him, this gorgeous man. His hand started moving where he was cradling her neck to her hair. He was awake.

"Good Morning lovely," He whispered...
"Hello, you are awake." She was surprised.
"Yes, been awake for a while, just wanting to look at you. I didn't want to disturb you.." He was grinning. He looked so happy.

"I guess I fell asleep. I am so sorry,  too much wine for me." She felt embarrassed, she didn't usually make a habit of going to a motel with a man.

"Hey me too. I guess it was the moment the ***** and the anticipation, but that's alright it is nice being here with you." he smiled at her with a smile that melted her heart.

With her next question she held her breath, she really didn't want to know the answer but she had to know.  "When do you have to leave?"

She knew he was leaving, he had mentioned it  but....... It made her so sad so they had avoided the subject.

"Not until this evening, my love," she looked at her face memorizing every inch of it, "Any regrets love?"

"What do you mean?" She asked very sad.

"For anything, for how you are feeling, love look at me." his hand took her chin and turned her head to him. "Talk to me, how are you feeling?"

"You are leaving, I am very sad and disappointed, we just met and I feel this connection with you. I haven't had much luck with relationships and then I meet you and its instant attraction. How do you expect me to feel? I feel numb, sad and just want to cry, but I am a big girl. Life will go on and you will still be gone." She pulled away, got out of bed and started putting her clothes on, then she stopped and looked at him. "You might not ever come back alive. This war, is senseless, you are going to fight for nothing. I have already lost you. I can not stand it.. That's how I am feeling."

With that she grabbed the rest of her clothes and her belongings and ran out the hotel room. She ran until she could run no more. She ran into the park and found a tree, and cried. She wanted to die.

The Pangs of Disappointed Love.*

Friendship is certainly the finest balm for the pangs of disappointed love. - Jane Austen
Her ruby red lips
Begged for more
In the bright starlight
of the morning bright ...

He reached out a finger
To trace the life
Of her face
He said ...

“Life is too short
To mess around”
Snuggling closer
He tucked her in ...

Settling
Reveling in security
Not to mention the tingling
In her tummy...

Kiss me
Come on,
Let me feel forever
Your love on my skin ...

Settle down with me
And I will be your lady
Your lips
Eyes ...

Will be mine to love
Kiss me
Like you want to be kissed ...

Tell me my love
I am waiting for more
I need to be patient
I need to be kind ...

This love has me wanting more
The longing
Takes me away
Give me your heart ...

I beg
Kiss me on my tulips ...

Cascading down the mountainside
The crystal waters free
Flowing forth to quench this thirst
So deep inside of me

In perfect stance I hear the rush
A shimmer faithful glow
To hear the splash of all that’s good
Now falling down below

So white of foam and ripples pure
I wade in splendor mist
In natures wondrous bounty true
This peaceful daylight tryst

The waters cool upon my skin
A midday sun does shine
In shadows cast of dancing limbs
Of daydreams I do climb

Naked in this hidden place
Among the shining stone
I hear the mountain waters rush
And feel I’m not alone

The faintest whisper calls to me
My name I soon do hear
As now the girl with chocolate hair
Before my eyes appears

With nothing but a robe of white
She smiles tenderly
One foot she places in the pond
My waiting eyes do see

Her robe now lying on the ground
The beauty of her skin
Her silhouette against the sun
I beckon her come in

She loves the feel the water brings
It starts her mind a flow
Out here among the vibrant green
In natures perfect show

In silent swim without a sound
Upon the surface glide
Until she finds her way to me
Now right here by my side

Her lips so full and red like wine
A hint of amethyst
I stare her deeply in the eyes
And then a tender kiss

My arms they reach to hold her tight
So close I need her near
To feel the beating of her heart
Within the waters clear

So quietly we listen to
The sounds the forest brings
Flowing winds and waterfalls
And birds about who sing

Here in our mountain paradise
With skies so clear above
We share these moments that we live
Within each other's love

If you see me smiling in my sleep.
Don't disturb my dream.
It might be an imaginative thought concerning you.

The things I would love to try with you.
Or the things I'm imagining you doing too.
Just don't disturb my dream.

So there's a smile upon my face.
No names were mention.
None, whatsoever?

And I'm sure you was listening.
My dream was what caught your attention?
Some of the best thoughts comes while you're sleeping.

Some of the things that's so creative is within the mind.
Especially mine.
So don't disturb my dream.

I wish I could say that the sun stopped rising.
I wish I could say that the moon stopped shining,
And the stars collapsed one by one.

I wish I could say the ocean and the rivers ran dry,
And the mountains fell to the ground.
I wish I could say the sky lost it's blue and turned into blood red,
And all of humanity fell to it's knees.

I wish I could simply say: "The world ended,"
But it didn't.

The day you left,
Everyone was still alive,
And went about their daily lives.
The sky was still the same baby blue color in the morning,
And the mountains still stood strong.

The oceans and the rivers still flowed with water,
And the stars painted the night sky.
The moon still shined with pride,
And the sun rose again.

The sun rose again,
And so will I.
