let the wind wash my face
I want to live for a moment
pause and take in all
that life has to offer

let the seas send its message of love
I want to hear it again and again
slow down and hold in my arms
the message of what is the purpose of my life

let the leaves rustle
to produce a symphony
of the secret of happiness
I want to skid a bit and enjoy its beauty

let every drop of rain touch my skin
revealing its texture and feelings
that reflect its transparent quality
refracting the wonder and beauty of the world

let us move our feet to feel all sand under our feet
and consciously know the different particles
variety richness of its finesse
and admire the great art of the creator

let us move on
exploring and enjoying the richness of the world
find out the purpose of our lives
and remind ourselves again and again.

let us love ourselves and take a little time off
a little drop of everything
the softness of flowers, the fragrance of the earth after the first rain.
let us remind ourselves to move on but love ourselves a bit.

let us love, love a little
take our time stop to pause
and love ourselves and reflect our love for others
let us move on and fall in love...

There are fewer things
beautiful than ugly,
I know that stars are most
bright when they fall
from impassioned skies,
That when your skin
meets mine, I am like an
amnesiac being returned
a lifetime of memories.

I hate few things,
except, perhaps, the murky
lakes of your eyes,
The misty beaches we
explored until sunrise.
How you pressed your lips
to mine like a death wish,
that it was deplorable,
but we wanted more, more.

My body was a map
you tore apart when you
got tired of exploring it.
The ancient psalms of our
tongues cannot silence.
Ruins of ancient Rome
survive on your lips, yet
you still live, breathe.
You call yourself mortal.

I have been swimming in this
hot, bitter ocean
for way too long
And now it is time
for me to taste a new kind of salt
                         one not of tears
but one of unlocked secrets
from deep within the earth
mineral projections
of rooted reflections
             myriad rhythms
that cause us to dance
and weave in primal wildness
beneath the stars
as fires of night gleam gently
and the magic of unspoken words
lies moist upon our tongues.
Now, let the fiesta
of new tastes
begin
from the lips
and work its way down
Let there be a a celebration
of new thoughts
and electrified delights
to awaken the senses
and ignite the mind
as the textures of ancient runes
grace our skin
Let the discoveries
of hidden wisdoms
come to the fore,
wild roots that pour out
             from the voices of within
Slowly, I rise from that saliferous
liquid, taking in the new flavors….
                not only the sweet –
although that is
for your loving eyes
                   not only the pungent-
which rings of the deeper layers unseen
but also the bitter
as a reminder of the days
when I tasted my tears,
not realizing that
even salt has the
velvet sweetness
of victory

When you held my hands in your lap
your stare tattoed eyelashes on my wrists,
they're still bleeding.

You used inexpensive words to tell me
you never wanted to make me cry again,
I'm still sobbing.

My soft-petaled wings faded and crushed
as your last kiss fell from your lips to my cheek,
I'm still wilting.

For three months I held up my green-bean spine
with a meter stick, a lifeless statue of sprouting stem,
I'm still dying.

When I called you I know my hair slipped through
the phone speaker, and you could smell my skin,
You're still yearning.

But it's been three years now, and you no longer
care for teenage laughs and the discovery
of thigh and shoulder kisses,

Yet I'm still writing about
what a beautiful thing to have loved,
what a terrible thing to have said goodbye.
Bleeding title. Written off a line prompt, "what a beautiful thing to have loved"

My quarks my molecules my cells --
they all piped up.

Universe was playing
its simplest tune.

My heart skipped a light fantastic
to the moon.

Moon expressed her left and right,
her face turned to everyone.

I heard her voice
serenade the sun.

Natural me is I ~ I am.

I offer myself
to the sky above.

Bow to earth.
Dance my love.

Let the poetry...
Write itself....
As the ripe new moon
strums the swaying
silhouettes of the night.

Let the poetry...
Write herself...
With the vast
expanse of obsidian sky.
Pocked subtly with the shy
murmurs of the stars...
Offering solace and peaceful respite.

Let the poetry...*
Write of you...
As the splendour...
Envelopes each unspoken letter.
Embedding words of warmth,
that seize my heart
in a state of enamour...
Before taking its majestic flight.

A lover's kiss my heart entombed
from pursed blade a gentle, mortal wound,
but Love should never **** the soul,
and Love's assurance not be assumed.

On ebon wings a memory glides
over horizons, past the skies
give defense or be swallowed whole
for the past lives on within those eyes.

Drink deep from your own wells my friend
even a lover would see you end,
and you alone will pay the toll
when a lover's kiss condemns, consumes your soul.

traces of being
.
blue clouds drift lazily
across variegated hues
of aubergine skies

shapeless shades of dark purple
open brilliant framed portals,
urging thoughts
beyond a feeble ray
of dappled light
upon sensual fusion

softly caressing
twilight adorned canvas,
the way moonlight
basks upon
freckled skin

brushing intimate flesh tones
perched atop a swinging star;
sketching the moment
a pink moon’s ebbing tableau

breathless sighs surrendered
in an intimate circadian rhythm,
our mingled moon shadows'
cadence unleashed

glow drops glistening
like heirloom diamond tiara constellations
swimming naked
between the jealous stars
