“Always see the glass as half full”
said the Lady to the kid
And the kid replied,  
“But life is a draining thing.”
The Lady, not taken aback
Looked at the kid and smiled
“Always see the glass half full,
Because you’re the only you.
What happens today will shape the
Future you- And you...,
You are going to change the world.

So the kid grew up, moving home to home
Could’ve been a sad tale forgotten, unknown
But a voice echoed “you are going to change the world.”
And although the kid never saw the Lady again,
    She lived, and loved, and learned
Because she knew, somewhere out there
Lived someone who believed in her.

we do not really know
what to expect of times to come

those who dare say they do
are more or less intelligently speculating
and their assumptions usually don‘t exceed
foggy predictions read from crystal *****

so what?
the problem is not really new
all our ancestors
     some more desperate than others
were longing for the certainty
they thought would go with knowledge
of all things as yet to come

     fact is we have survived without it
     for some million years

even if our digitized society
     obsessed with quantifying everything
     from time to work to *** to pleasure
seems mortally in fear of lack of data
     about the future

the one thing we can say for sure
is that life will be different
because the only constant in our world
is change

     know it
     and get on

Daffodils in full bloom
The perfume coming from the grape hyacinth

One red-winged blackbird calls to his mate
The bluebirds guard their nest

Clear blue skies make way for the intensifying spring sun

A delicious brunch is cooking in the oven
We are about to have some fun

Cheers to new beginnings and the best time of the year

I’m so relieved, my eyes are wet with happy tears

Who's to say whats a good or bad poem.
The beauty of a poem is in the eye of the beholder.

What each individual can derive from it and relate to about it,

what each heart perceives from the logic/non-logic  of whats written.

A Poem may be super dope to one and not to another.

As readers we can encourage but lets not discourage..

Write on poets or simply writers. (if you must say your not a poet)

When One say's I'm not a poet.. hmm why not?..

What ever you write can pen on beautifully writing comes in a huge variety of styles..

Be free and expressive independently...  
Express on..

Who can tell the branch you can never grow up to be a tree..
Who can say ...
You will never expand creatively.. I see no talent in thee..
Encourage the seed the dirt and the tilled soil..
Be grateful for the air the wind the rains..
and all the contributing things that will make an existence blossom into a great visual expression.

Family is what makes us strong
Fixes hurts and rights the wrongs
Family knows us for who we are
Fights our fights and mends our scars
Family stands together in family we trust
We do what we do, we do what we must.
Family can be chosen it isn't always about shared blood.
It's about a love you can count on that's always enough.
Family is the beginning and family is the end.
The stronger the family the better the friend.
