But how can I ever find myself when I've been left in maze without a compass or map?

Every time I look in the mirror
All I see is a broken girl staring back.

Whenever I look into my eyes
Images of a stranded soul flood my brain.

A broken heart I've learnt to live with
But a damaged and darken soul will be the death of me

I'm afraid of making mistake, I'm afraid of saying something wrong
So that's why I don't talk whenever you're around.
But at the same time, if I don't ever talk to you or tell you how I feel,
Isn't that making a mistake too?

Have you ever
taken a picture
of a sunset,
just to realize that
you'll never capture
the true
colors,
the intense
emotions,
the full
beauty
of that moment?

Have you ever
taken a picture
of the crescent moon,
only to find that
you'll never catch
the unfolding
mysteries,
the brilliant
light,
the unwavering
loyalty
of that moment?

That's how I feel
when I try to
write poems
about you.

I tried
To think of something,
Anything,
To say to you.

An apology,
An explanation,
An anything.

But nothing
Ever comes out of my mouth
Nothing ever feels
Right

And somehow that doesn't bother me

Maybe I've accepted the fact
That nothing we do
Is gonna fix us

Because my heart doesn't break
At the thought of you
Not in my life anymoee

My heart breaks
At the thought of our happy days
Becoming sad memories
