Entangled I stood,
Amidst the paradise;
Gaping at all the flowers-
I staggered through;
Touching a bud I whispered your name,
Exquisite! It bloomed for me;
Waiting for nothing
I ripped the flower;
As destination being you,
Took a marathon;
And reached you in sight
Seeing me in your eyes,
Proposed the gift
With my heart telling,
I LOVE YOU

Its Christmas! Its Christmas!
The skies have early said,
As the winter brings the bliss
Of berries blue and red;

The dew that chanted the tale of his birth
Gleamed in the palm of the lotus leaf;
The flower which stood for his grace on earth
Spread their aroma to void all grief;

Its Christmas! Its Christmas!
The skies have early said,
As the winter brings the bliss
Of berries blue and red;

Loud and clear, the skylark sings,
A cluster full of joy it brings;
Dancing in glee, the tulips many,
Clouds and mountains too join the symphony;

Its Christmas! Its Christmas!
The skies have early said,
As the winter brings the bliss
Of berries blue and red;

                                                                            -Anil Kumar A R
I wrote this poem (in-fact a song) for a band here for an inter church competition during the last Christmas season. I hope you will all like it.
If interested, you may also try to compose a song out of it in your own style of compositions.

Thank you for your co-operation.

The day, I still remember-
When you captured my heart
On a cloudy phase of October,
That made my life, as your part;

I melted on the whole,
As your beauty locked my soul;
Little did I think
Of closing my eyes to blink.

Neither Shakespeare nor can Wordsworth-
Aptly verse your elegance
Which took me off the earth,
And routed all my sense.

Following your footsteps, allowing not to detract
Learnt all possible notes of hymns;
And at last, discovered the fact,
That our souls are the best synonyms.

Wait! Wait! Inside it screams
When slowly you fade, off my sight
Flashing and screening all the dreams-
On the lane, where you and me unite ;
Though it knows, I’v made my domain,
The strawberry-shaped ***** feels the pain,
As far and far you proceed away,
It glances and glances all your way;
“Magic” it rustles, but knows it’s real
For I’m rolled, in patience and love;
And in that awe, your paean I compile
This shows my gay, to the beauty I bow:
Lining the clouds, it sees your smile,
That fog I dream, and wade a mile.
I used to see her often at the same place at around the same time.....so at once I decided to be there early and wait for her so that I can see her everyday...... Hey presence would give me the best feeling I have experienced...... Nothing more sweet and priceless....... But her departure would always bring the greatest grief

This poem was written describing the emotions that I travel through after she leaves me alone behind everyday without knowing that I LOVE HER.
