Sleepless nights
with those repetitive nightmare
All sort of hellish fights
and the way they leave their glare
Heart full of sadness
with the void of erased laughter and memories
Every form of madness
and the horror that will live forever by all the stories
Broken hopes
of LIVING a life
Each millisecond it elopes
with slightest sound of gunshot and the heartless strife
Dangling arrow of constant death
takes away all the courage to survive and strength to stay strong
Counting the remains of life with every breath
while witnessing all the senseless brawl that did all wrong!

Break the watch
and cease the time
Open the leash
and for once do that crime
Knock that door
and be welcomed inside
Throw away the mask
and for once show them what you hide
Sketch a map
and walk your fears out
Build a castle of faith and love
and replace all the hatred and doubt
Blow a balloon
with all your worries and grief
Pierce it out
to give yourself eternal relief
Become the source of light
and brighten someone's day with that smile
Be such a guide
who never leaves their side even for a while

When the waves reach your feet
And you feel no more heat
When the sand slips away
Your mind now no more sway
When you have found your peace
Let your thoughts finally cease
Hold your loved ones tight
And stop all the crazy fights
Stop, breath and feel your heartbeat
Let your soul finally enjoy it's treat
Find your solace and space
While in the race you still have your pace

You didn't stay, but in hurry you left
Why? Did you have some kind of heft?
You had to simply make me feel your emotional presence
But, why did you always needed me in a physical sense?
You were blinded by love of others, I know
So was our friendship just a small show?
You used to know me so well before
But now why do we always stay on two different shores?
You used to be there by my side
Are we now apart bcuz of a random high tide?

Broken trust, what is it?
A mere result of all the broken promises,
Of all our dreams dreamt together??
Or our lovely stolen kisses
And the love that we couldn't gather??
Broken heart, what is it?
Seeing you around with someone I knew
And knowing that you are happy without me too??
Or the realization that you were once one of the few
Who made my team a complete crew??

An insomniac with no sleep in the eyes
Grabbing a book and getting lost in the light??
Or a small girl simply trying to find how time flies
