tell me what it is you want
and trust me, i'll listen
if you jump, I jump
i'll make truth out of all your wishes

i can be anything
the shelves that hold your favorite books
the blanket that wraps around your skin
the mirror that tells you how you look

just tell me, and i'll be

i can be the warmth that you need,
a safe place to come home to
i can be the winter wind,
lifting you off your feet

i can be the sun that touches your body,
take me all in
i can be the light that guides you,
follow me

i can be here
and i can be yours
and if you let me,
together we could rule the world
One cannot change
the present situation,
but
One can indeed change
what is done with it.

I reckon
this is an aspect
of Courage:
t'isn't being unafraid,
't'is being willing
and confident enough
to face the fear
and take no prisoners

And here I stand,
watching my whole world fall—
the leaves from trees,
and I for you.

Memories once wrapped in silk
are now collecting
on the windowsill.
And I've traced outlines in the dust,
placing heavy exhales where
words were meant to be.

And I look at her,
and she is so trusting
of love, and I'm trying
to find beauty in these endings.

A wolf simply barks, yet blood flows from his jaw
The sweet crimson copper gently runs down his mouth as he walks away
A man grabs at his heart and without a wound he cries in pain
The wolf stares with an emotionless fierceness
The man consoles the wolf as it, in spirit only, transforms into a pup
Yet the wolf lashes out in spite of the man
The man walks away but does not break his gaze as the wounded creature crawls away
The man only hopes that the wolf may one day be whole, for the man can never be so without his friend

Yesterday I asked myself,
Do I care about the pain?
The utterances from you mouth,
The tears that fell like rain.

Yesterday your face was red,
From things I couldn't feel,
Your sadness was your world,
For me it was hardly real.

Yesterday I sat and watched,
As you tried to set it straight,
And while I had been there,
It was a forgotten date.

Yesterday brought pain it's true,
My mind filled with regret,
It echoed with the thought of you,
Until tomorrow I forget.

I don't understand
How a thing such as
Your kiss can be of fun
For
It's a desperate need for
Survival (in the sky
There are thousand burning stars
Watching me live and die
Biting those angel lips)
How can you give it
So carelessly hanging
Like a drop of dew from a leaf
That's just about to fall
In tones of gentle music
I feel your velvet skin
Pressed on my being
In my mind there's only madness
(But my heart is completely still
For a chance to hear yours beating)
Just like fire
Just like love
You make me infinite
You make me eternal

the one
i love with all my might
the one
I'm thinking every night
the one
that helps me make things right
the one
I dream of when i sleep at night
the one
I think of when i hold my pillow tight
the one
I'm not giving up without putting up a fight
say this poem to the one you love :)

Say yes, and we could surf the highest waves,
Your hand in mine, never losing faith.
We could climb Mt. Everest, and as we gasp for air,
You'll say you love me,
And I you.

We could do handstands in the sky,
And you'll catch me when I fall.
I'll take you to the stars and leave you in utter awe.
And though standing on a comet with you is absolutely reckless,
Loving you is even more so; but I'm happily helpless.

Say yes, and some days will be not only spring,
But we will endure the harsh days winter will bring.
Together we will face somber rainy days,
But with you by my side we can wait for summer's sunny rays.
We will know what makes each other cringe,
But hey, we'll take it inch by inch.

And though some days you will be too tired to fly with me,
I will heal your broken wings.
'Cause our love will exceed that of the highest degree,
And we will take willingly what life brings.
So say yes,
And take my hand; we will learn to tango.
Every step we will master.
