I'm on the edge
I'm tired
I'll grow wings and go
Blue lips and cold hands don't faze me anymore

I confess,
I sneak about, at night
getting a glimpse of starlit sky
to transmute feelings into words.

Vibrations explode inside restless poetic mind to launch a poem.

I sneak around
when streetlamps are lit, 
and sleep evades self,
as rays of moon call
to aim pen at blank page.

Sometimes,
in day energies invite
inside birds song
for poems to fly out,
as if words have wings.

Other times, I take breath
aligning in daily activities
to find poetic jargon
Behind every corner
ready to strike creative mind.

Heart pumps weather day or night encouraging with its musical song.

And in dreams,
there is always room
to tuck a vision away in memory
to on awakening birth a poem.

I confess I love my writing gifts.

Sleep­, that sets weariness aside,
Eyes that dream so free each night,
Of life to be a pure delight,
Yet wanders off to the darker sides.

I kept drowning further deep
To catch-up with your pace
But as I get closer and sway,
I seem to not touch your face

Your love is taking me
A place I have never been
To a heavenly garden 
Where grows no pain

Darkness has fallen 
Nobody is insight 
My eyes are wide shut 
But I see your guiding light

A light that makes me
Blush in delight!
The garden grape green,
The flowers smelling serene,
The glowworms glitters,
In this landscape yellow, reds and greens.

From your gardens of fruits
I want to have a tasty feast 
For you’re the pleasure I seek
Take me home before I’m awake

Not for me, 
Not for you,
Not for us,
But for the 'love' that entangles us,
Entangles hearts and soul.
Take me home,
For the heaven's sake.
Take me home, please
Before I'm awake.

I am sleeping in my dreams 
But wide awake in yours
I feel completely addled 
And lost my ways of truths

If insomnia has a different side
I would remain sleeping 
I need not wake up soon
From this pleasant view dreaming.

For it makes me cry,
It makes me smile
Like a happy child
With hopes so high,
Those hopes,
I know, shall never die!

Your eyes are sights
So calm ,so deep
They hold so much
When you least speak.

And while you close them
Diving in slumber so deep
They are the sights
That steal my sleep.

I grin
I smile
And blush indeed
I wish I could
Then kiss you deep.

But oh, I don't
Wish to interrupt your sleep.
As seeing you sleep
Looks really sweet.


My eyes wait for yours
To wake up and speak
Oh, there you are
My cutie creep!

Winking
Tingling
Giggling
Hugging tight
And kissing them deep
Relishing, embracing
Like two see's meet.

Seeing you sleep is a pleasure indeed
Your look adorably adorable.

memories flashed
through my mind
but I just smiled and said I used to
