You're complicated
as Algebra equation
for a law student
Why is it that
In a room
Of people

That I still want to die
Right in front of everyone
But really
I would just disappear
And I wouldn’t be in front
Of anyone
But myself.

Death would be a fine thing
If I could magically disappear
For one second
And temporarily never come back.

Isn’t it such a fine thing to feel
Like I’m going to die alone.
What a fine thing if
I could forget how to feel,
For one second.

Death would be a fine thing
To dissapear for one second only
A poem about depression

I am dead

Andrew
Maybe I will die today,
Maybe I am dead.
The song of day rattles in my head
As though it is the last
Of many faint tunes
Distant in blankets of snow
And tears ran cold.
And I think I am dead,
Lead me back for I am scared,
I know not where I step,
I know not of myself in this world
It all seems sad,
To wish death at mornings break
And to regret it within nights blinding dark

Daniel
As Icarus,
I was truly blinded.

As a sun,
With you only,
My day and night divided.

If I'll ever tried to reach you,
I would have to fly too high.

But I needed you,
Like my mother's lullaby.

You are my sun,
I wanted to get rid of the - "I".

I wanted to make it - "Us",
But I have failed, as Icarus.

tell me your secret
how did you make me lose my mind so fast?
usually so steadfast in my rationale,
i saw you and logic got thrown away

Grab bag

Zoe Mae
I reached into the bag and
pulled out what I got
They said I had to live with it
like it or not
It didn't seem fair
They insisted it was
Life is what your born
I asked why? Just because
So please go stand
in that line over there
A biped will approach you
pretending to care
At this point I tossed
my grab back towards the sack
Quipped I'll pass on the offer
and dove into the black

Let your word
       Not be wasted
             In the ears of stubborn
      Let your silence
             Silence  the noise
        Of ignorance and negativity.
                      be still
Is to be at peace with  yourself
                           Know your worth
                                      Trust the process
                                                 Stay in faith
create the future you ought to have
                                              And where you ought
                                                                To be.
What you hear she said he said is none of your business. BE STILL!
