It's one resource that cannot be purchased
Use yours chasing your dreams
And not chasing them away
Being overly inactive is
being active in the wrong things.

Have doubtless faith in your vision
And accompany it with the right actions
Worry not about stumbling
Thoughts of failure will come as distractions

Compare yourself not with those that
seem are ahead of you, it's no competition
Remember this is all about you and your purpose
Never fail to celebrate every success/achievement
Lastly, taking time off to unwind is not a sin

Is it the absence of storms?

Is it being able to remain unperturbed
or unmoved by storms?

Is it by having immunity to storms?

Is it being able to command the storms to calm?

Food for the taste buds, to the stomach
Words for the ears, to the heart and mind

Burn your doubts
Swim in faith

Beauty beyond skin glow
Generosity with zero intentions of public show
A kind heart doing good acts,
seeking nothing necessarily in return
Resilient, knocked down a few of times,
yet always ready for another run
Peaceful as a dove
Fully present in the moment
Easily forgiving
Not too proud to apologize
Values integrity,
not the type to compromise.

Fathers to a society
Is comparable to what
Feathers are to birds (+ more)
Able fathers help elevate the family
Like the feathers help a bird fly
Responsible fathers protect their home,
Providing shield and warmth
Like feathers do to birds
The presence of a father in a household
makes the family look beautiful
even from an outside view
just as the feathers of a bird
makes it look attractive.
Kudos to all
the responsible fathers out there.

It's totally messed up that
man's worst enemies
are creatures of his own kind
People of darkened mind
with wickedness sown in their hearts
Evil beings
Beasts dressed in human skin
Preying on other's seeds
They care less about their own end
What is wrong with humanity
I just can't deal

I was fully immersed in sin
Soiled up and filthy
But His loving hands reached out to me
And saved me from the pit

Soaked in His liquid love
Soap-washed by His grace
I emerged squeaky clean
Clothed in His truth

I received a new reality
Reborn a new being
A life of victory
Living by faith, not by what's seen

No woman, no cry
Very true because
No woman, no human life
At the very least, it took her egg
And her sacrifices
For me to be here
If I wasn't here, how could I ever cry
No regrets, I will love you more
No woman, no human life!

I don't understand how you sneaked in
I felt I was so busy with work
But you still got in my thought
I didn't notice my work had paused

I promised not to think about you
How can that ever be true
With all the wild moments I had with you
And all the nights we spent under the tree

I didn't know that one day, you will depart
What's a body without a heart
I wish I can go back to the start
Better still, let's give it a fresh start!

Lost in thought trying to remember what I was thinking about!

I see that your face is bright and sunny
But deep within you, it's sad and wintry
I've delved beneath your ****** masking
I've found the emotions that you're hiding

I truly and deeply care
To see you genuinely smiling
I might not be able to take out
the causes of your aching

I just hope my presence will be comforting
I wanna see you glow in and out
You deserve to be truly happy
I'll offer listening ears
if you wanna talk it out

I create written scenery
I allow my heart overflow on the paper
Sometimes, I adopt different persona
I put myself in other people's shoes
Just to see from different views...
Not always easy to share how I feel
and not easy to bottle all within

A new page, a new scene
A new theme
A new scheme
But always the same chills

Come out of your shell, they preach
I opened the curtains
I see them holding stones and bricks
Pumping confusion into my arteries and veins

Are you trying to make me better?
Or your aim is to cut my feathers?
Double-sided tongue you have
A fox and a calf

A friendly predator
A motivator
A stressor
I prefer you stay off

Deep down,
You know these urges are negative
But yielding to it
Heals temporarily like medicine

Here comes the urge again
You can literally feel your heart racing
Your conscience and senses wrestling
Hungry for the immediate gain

Ok, this is the last time
You said that a thousand times
You give in... Oh, so relaxing
Few hours later, guilt creeping in!

As a kid,
My mama thought me
the value of words
She would say...
Words are powerful,
never play with 'em
That's why I don't curse for fun
'cause ain't nothing fun about it

I like my food organic
So when I spit bars,
You can trust my bars are healthy
They've got protein for your body
and wisdom for your mind

I can't swear that I'm vegan though
But the only time I'm beefing,
I'm doing it with cutlery
And not with anybody
I feed on love
That's my source of energy

Quoting the words of Jesus
He said...
what a man eat doesn't defile him
But what comes out of his mouth could defile him
Said in a simpler way:
Your words could make or mar you

Just like the same drugs that heal
can also **** when abused
Words are that potent
They carry life and energy
It could be positive or negative

So use them to your own benefits
And not to your own detriments
Life is more spiritual than physical
Your words reveal who you truly are
'cause out of the abundance of your heart,
your mouth speaks!

Pain felt without lesson learnt
Makes the pain a cycle

Every outing with you
Feels like déjà vu
Probably because
I had painted all these moments in my mind
Way before you were mine

Wherever love is present and dominating
Miracles happen naturally
But wherever strife is present
Miracle is MIA

before anyone else

So that you don't get to the end of time
to realize that you haven't truly lived.

The one thing

is that
we're all humans
We all need love

We all need comfort
