I dreamed you kissed me  and when I woke, I was unkissed, and alone.

So darling, kiss me now, kiss me like you did in that dream.

Kiss me with the lips you used to spit daggers and whisper secrets, and soothe souls.

Kiss me like the sky kisses the earth when the sun sets.
This poem was written in 2016.
In Summer,
Our love was set ablaze
Like the marigolds,
Red and yellow all throughout.

As if the Sun kissed a flower,
The embodiment of our fire--
It would grow until it burned out.

You are nothing but a pretty face---

and for all the words birthed from your soft,
pouty,
supple,
unkissed sunkissed lips---

or the ones written down with your tiny,
\\ slanted //
handwriting;

they are nothing but empty,

meaningless blatherskites.
Their kisses remind me of all these empty amens.
Sure this one won't be any different.

i hear the whisper
of his candid soul
that saunters in my dream

and it hums,

it hums gently
and fills the entire room
with wordless melodies.

his lips create
the softest of tunes
that drift away into
the bubble of fantasy,

and it hums,

it hums until i’m able
to coalesce into
the song he’s singing.

sunkissed skin and vibrant skies,
warm season was always the same
but when i met those summer dazed eyes,
i knew that trouble just came

he had lips that kissed wetter than the ocean
he had arms like waves that swallowed me
he filled my summer with cuddly flirtations
he filled thousands of sunflowers within me

but just like how summer came to an end,
he left and autumn arrived with tears to shed
and just like how abandoned flowers would be,
they slowly died inside together with me

that summer was more than fifty shades of love
but all turned into an endless waves of misery
just wishing upon the tangerine sky above
that tides will bring him back to me

When the rays
Graze lightly on her skin
She gets the most
Beautiful,
Alluring
Golden bronze highlight
On her cheekbones
Her almond beady eyes
Squinting
She looked into the bright star
As if she is staring
Deep into someone’s soul
I was dazzled by
The beauty and breadth
Of her
Only if I was close to her
Sunkissed face
But the closest that
I could get was to
My phone’s lock screen.

I am the warm lips of sun, that kiss your dew drenched petals,
when you in self oblivion try to embrace, I've gone faraway,
playing  with love struck clouds, dancing, their slips flying,
I am the fire making your body burn with desire, slyly planted

I am the wind, licking pollen off your stamen softly, making you
want me to do that more, sowing goosebumps all over
I am the movement of desire, moving through that time of the day
languid in mornings, spreading fervor at noons and in darkness
coils like a serpent that searches for burrow to snuggle in til dawn

Flow of water am I, that carries you along easily throughout,
you could ease in to me, I am the bed and the fingers caressing,
in my dreams you are the  sneaking fingers of my naughty lover,
in you are my ablutions, my fire is quenched  by your  flows.
I ooze, fluids of many scents sometimes a sprouting spring.
I trickle with  pleasure, lubricate, cross one level to the other.
