Kabhi chale ** un raahon pe
Jinse jude ** qisse kaafi tumhaare
Jin raahon pe hasi mazaak ki thi doston ke sang
Unnhi raahon mein tumne bhare the woh yaadon ke rang

Kabhi socha na tha ki
Akele bhi chalna padega kabhi
Goonjti hai woh awaaz tumhaari
Jab bhi chalta hu un raahon parr
Peeche mudke dekh bhi leta hu kabhi
Ke mehez dikh jaaye parchayi tumhari
Parr dikhte toh woh adhoore waadein he hein
Bebas karr rakhe hein mujhe jinhone

Woh baarish..woh dhoop
Sabka kiya tha saamna
Jab haath tha tumne mera thaama
Kya Yaad hai woh fool
Jo tod laayi thi tum uss ped se
Mere yaadon ke Gulshan mein
Khila hai woh fool kabse
Hasrat toh dekhiye
Woh ped bhi na sambhal paaya
Mujhe akela dekhkar
Woh bhi murjhaaya

Yahin chalte waqt kaha tha na
Ki chodogi nahi yeh haath kabhi
Chaahe fariyad ** jaaye humse harr koi
Tumhaare usi saath ki khoj mein hu
Jise laga liya tha apne rooh se kabhi
Sahi kaha tha uss shaks ne ki
Manzil nahi raahon mein junoon pao
Kyunki manzil toh pahuche he nahi the ke
Bewafa karr gayi mujhe uss raah pe akele
Kabhi Chalke dekhna
Inhi raahon pe akele
Yaad karna woh beetein hue qisse
Aur ** sake toh mudke dekhna
Dikhunga mein usi mod parr
Jaahan chod gayi thi mujhe..karke inkar
Kyunki badal liye tumne apne raahein
Jo kabhi samajh na paayi
meri yeh fitoor nigaahein
Some roads remind you of that special someone... This is about one such road... (Hindi)

Its in these waters, when I was merely a Parr
Or as you might refer to me as a fry,
This wise but young Brook Trout cruised the slow water with my kinfolk fry.

Moving to and fro hiding among the biome vegetation
The sunlight supported my living space and warmed my growth rings.
I dart in and out of the oxygenated seams which help me flourish.

Some days, I had to use stealth to outwit the pine marten and warblers,
I shadowed the cattail and watched them fill their bellies with those around me.
But I felt fate had a purpose for me to be something special.

And When the time was right, I'd propel myself above the water into the night air.
The large circle of orange light filled my eyes and the night sky was filled with luminary.
I imagined what it must be like to live outside this riffle domain.

This morning, through my refractory vision I spot some floating objects,
And through an inherited sensory recall I can see these are hatching green Drakes.
I immediately shoot to the surface and fill my stomach, then swim back to the undercut for cover.

As the years pass by and maturity abounds,  I find my self settling in behind a large boulder
Right at the tail out of the back eddy, providing me with an ample food supply.
And it's here I prefer to live my life in the slow current, content and peaceful.

And one day as I swam into the current seam, I spotted what appeared to be,
A different looking bug with yellow belly,  so I make my move.
He's not moving much so I decide to raise my head above the water line and sip.

As I grab the hopper I start to slide back behind the boulder,
When I feel a pinch, as if someone try's to pull me towards the surface
I fight with all my might but this force proves to be stronger than I.

It's now I realize a human reels me towards the shore line, and I'm fearful.
This one called a human, grabs my tail and places his hand on my under belly.
Pulling me from my home, he dislodges the hook from my mouth. I gasp for oxygen.

He looks me over from nose to tail, smiles and says how beautiful I am.
He looks me in the eye And says " This was a wonderful fight my friend, enjoy the rest of your life,
He places me back in water, gently reviving me and finally lets me swim away.

I dare to turn and look back at him for a moment and as he continues to watch me,
I hear him say " I fish, knowing everyday on this stream is a gift."

Despite being recognized in litery circles
As being the worlds greatest  poet
As a man without equal
With both pen and brush
Despite the fact that all other  writers
Are both mediocre and sub Parr

I Am A  Humble Man
Tudor Royals.   (An Acrostic)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tough times the Tudor King endures
Undecided on his bold armorers
Due to hots for miss Anne Boleyn
Ordered aside the maid of Aragon
Removed poor Anne’s head for Darling Jane
Rare son to Jane but childbirth was a pain
On death we see the shrewdest Ann o Cleaves
You know they didn’t get on or consummate
A fifth in Katherine Howard a **** for sure.
Lost her head , took Kath Parr to bed
Six was five too many for a King named Henry
I thought the full English breakfast was wonderful
But oh dear, oh dear
Sub Parr
The Xmas lunch, truly spectacular, turkey golden,
crisp skinned. Vegetables cooked to perfection
Xmas pudding flaming blue
Fresh cream and brandy butter
Log fire warm and bright
But oh dear, oh dear
Mediocre
The best of wines money could buy
Port, cheese platter
10 year old brandy following
But oh dear, oh dear
Sub par
Mediocre
Dreck
Oh oh oh
a house
of heat
and a
man with
silver tounge
went south
to spread
the news
with divergence
but never
a clamor
in his
throat would
obstruct his
jet in
the would
of Parr
a man of note
Its not that I fear falling in love. I am in love with many things in this world I love animals, I  love my family, I love thr sunset, I love my friends, I love a lot of things. What I do fear, however is falling so deeply in love with someone and investing my life into theirs only to discover that they do not feel the same way about me. To me, that is how you die while still breathing and you can nevee recovee from that no matter how hard you try. The scariest parr about this is that you're nevee going to know if you are falling for the wrong person. That's what I am afraid of...
A historic lesson into personal relationships
Devon Brock Oct 2019
Mrs. Parr made us write letters
to the hammering man that lived
in the radiators of those cold
Beechfield elementary rooms.
He got a lot of mail that winter - '70 to '71,
and we scratched our gratitudes
on the four line papers, certain
to keep our ascenders and descenders
in time and in tune with the peals
of iron and steam.
It wasn't until '77 that I got a grip
on thermodynamics and realized
there was no man in the heat
of those cold Beechfield rooms,
No giving hand with a maul
to pound away the nails of frost
and loose the stiff knuckles
of a chattering hand.
But back in '71, when mercury
pressed against iron, too young
to formulate disbelief,
we gave our penciled thanks
to the hammering man
that once had wrought relief.
(GOODBYE TO 2020)
THEN TO JUBILEE
See the willow that blows in the wind.
It catches the gale from root to end,
But does not break for it learned to bend
And so did we in Twenty-Twenty.
Better are we who did survive it,
Battered but ready to be refit,
Not beaten, for we did not submit
And our faith - it never went empty.
This year gave us much to remember,
For the woes flowed until December,
But happiness, they could not hinder
As love and faith bring our Jubilee!
Next year, we will be blessed with gladness.
Behind us will be all this sadness –
Gone too, the wicked strife and madness,
For we have earned our promised bounty.
MAKE IT A JUBILEE YEAR.
WE DESERVE IT!
