her mind wandered
as she sat
silent
mind wandering
as her body
should be
thinking of
what she shouldn't
her body was
unoccupied
she had
what they call
wanderlust
if her body
wasn't moving
then her mind

Your   opinion  and  firing
  speech
can  do  something
also  everything
in   the  brain  of
  protesters.

It  is  astonished  that
a  chunk   of  fire
can  burn  billions  of
  people's  so  called
mind  and  body.

One day
That’s all it takes
To know who is the one
For me, my mind knew from one day
My heart didn’t trust my mind at first
My body wanted it to be true
My heart hoped it wasn’t
But a couple more months it knew
My heart now hopes he is the one
He’s sweet, loving, caring and, gentle
And I’m happy
He is different then all the other guys
And he is mine and I don’t plan on letting go
My mind knew what the heart didn’t want to accept

I once got an inspiration
for a poem about depression

fingers, once excited to hold a pen
lingered over my notepad, unsure

confused by the topic in question
I felt myself get irritated enough
to put the idea to pension

writing used to be fun; not anymore
and so began my days and days and nights
of falling into unnecessary self-written traps

sleepless nights and yawning dawns later
and a few random tears for no reason that I could cater

I realized I was already writing it

DEPRESSION IS NOT A MYTH.
