[Kiss of death]
/ /
A kiss on the cheek that signifies the death of the receiver.
.

Thoughts that partially come; I’m feasting on someone’s time,
second by second- killing their time; as one not wanting
to be dead late on finding out the ecstasy/lust of new experiences
These are my many bad dreams: overseeing life, aboard the
devil’s huge cranes- crossing the edge of a horizon, all
driven by a decision, without a moral choice

I chose to betray your trust…

I am so hollow; yet to be comprehensive, in a spiralling ballet
of our dreams – all the better versions of our love
As I gaze at sunsets over the ocean; a perfect place for us to
make love, I’m sure. But as the shore births another call to
winter- our summer love quickly flies south. You are the
summertime to fill my heart, but my wings have slowly
fallen apart

My love mate, I’m trailing behind, lost in the clouds
I can’t see you anymore; we should have sealed our love
with a kiss right from the start. But how could you kiss someone
with a cheeky smile. Now the black clouds of death are rising,
and with that, the promising kiss of death

Roses of pure enchantment rest in the hands of the bride.
The red of the petals matching the crimson lips,
where tongues and lies collide.
Where there is an eclipse of hearts and darkness has fallen,
each thorn will pierce true.
Hands so pale, hair so black;
a sickening beauty she tries to prove.
The trees surround her mystic display,
the air choking like a noose.
When the sunlight returns the shadows will creep,
my beauty there shall be no truce.
Her eyes the color of jade,
such as a black cat on Halloween.
The soul that lay behind them,
so lovely yet tainted, unclean.
Her body that of an hourglass,
but what happens when time runs out?
Each grain of sand, each faded memory;
will fall to the bottom no doubt.
Yet here you stand just inches away,
from the women that will cause your death.
No matter the place, when the bond is sealed,
my friend you’ll have nothing left.
Say your vows and exchange the kiss,
barely able to breathe.
She slips the poison into your glass,
you still think it’s meant to be.

The darkness spoke and I did listen
His kiss upon my lips still glistens
It held me tightly within his shroud
Of himself he was proud
For I fell,I crumbled
I got tripped up, I stumbled
I had tried to fight but my life was to jumbled

He then told me why "For you have lived all your life in my essences
Always was my stark dark presence
it's all you've ever known
You tried to be strong but weak you have grown"

With that he gave his most devious smile
Than begain to spew more rancid bile
"I will forever keep you in my frozen clutch
Look around you'll see it's such
Of those little pills you took to much
I came to you in a rush"

I looked around and I could see
There was no going back for me
I had already passed deaths threshold
My body upon the bed was blue and cold
My soul from my body had been ripped
With that single kiss, that still lingered on my lips
