Let this be the verse that lives forever.
When mountains have crumbled, and dry lies the river
in it's once plentiful and loving banks.
Look to this verse, and keep your thanks,
but give your love and time, and undying fervour
of spirit that lets the mind find many splendour
in the dullest of things.

Beauty is bottomless, boldness is boring,
subtlety is king, and patience is adoring.
The mind is an ally, a fearful old rival.
Let this be the verse of the young minds revival.

No work today, I got up late
have every reason to procrastinate,
Gosh ! am so hungry, got to eat something now
Food, my true platonic love here I come...

give me the warmth of an egg
give me the crunch of a toast
give me those crisp fish fingers
give me the yummy chicken roast

Yes, I do have a lot to finish
not work, I meant this stuff on my plate
so much time to sit and relish
food is such a religion, no one can ever hate.
Its a holiday and no one can stop me from enjoying my favourite food !

poetessa diabolica
Wildflower 'neath a
     giant weeping willow,
         comforted by the shade
  her fragrance wafting darkly
      whispered into the wind ~
she'd been 'betrayed by the sun',
frail tendrils blistered
     of indiscretion below
            burning discrimination,
   fallen neath the cracks
        suffocating a delicate essence,
she could no longer bear the
   deep-rooted superficiality
         of seeds buried within *****
                    little implanted secrets

Dangling earrings reflect beaming smile
like dew drops in sunshine
Your smile brings all the brightness in my life

Rising from the sand at low tide,
The shipwreck’s spars, brown wet, decaying
Reaching like skeletal fingers, grasping
For one last piece of the breaking daylight
Tentacles of seaweed, woven
Wrapped around decaying planks
Anchoring it firmly
To Davy Jones’ Locker
Barnacle encrusted planks
Lie twisted, turned, unnatural
Frozen in a final plea of mercy
Before white tipped monsters
Crashed across the bow,
Splitting,  tearing masts
Sending it to the murky depths
Written after viewing a ships carcass beneath the waves
Love can be fleeting
or can be all encompassing
it depends on the people
and the hearts that are involved.

I have given so much of myself
to hearts that never returned the pleasure
I have struggled to keep love alive
though its light had begun to fade.

I sometimes wondered where my path would go
now I feel this is where I am supposed to be-
in your arms, so full of love
splendid and secret moments of joy...

Alone with you, I feel whole
un-needing of anything else.
Is this what its supposed to feel like?
like I am coming home.

Deep is my love for the people
take your pain and make it fade away
Love you until you can love yourself
Sit beside you until my last breathe
Here to hold your hand always
Promise to be there in time of need
Indeed a friend to your friends
Treasure the stories you share
Keep you in mind as i walk the line
Hold my head up because i know you
Remember you when i pass other souls
Smile at the sun because you have done so much. Understand life's ups and downs
No need for perfection on the ground
Live because you have a friend who made a promise
Remember even from the far
you are loved deeply by your friend.
