The way you dance through the leaves
Of seasons, of time.
You are gliding, ripping up a dust of
Petals and Amber trees.
Give yourself the credit you deserve.
All these leaves are beautiful,
But you make them swirl and swarm.

This is my poem
It is good enough for me
Out of things to write
My friend Regan wrote a haiku for y'all.

moss
they are the decorations for baby showers
and the gardens that are filled with flowers
they are the calm aesthetic of quiet hours
and the bricks that build princess towers

they are the clouds that fill the sunrise
and the warmest, mid-day, sunny skies

People are so fake.

They don't long to be found, don't wish to be heard, don't ask for attention

They hope to spark a thought, evoke a joyful emotion, leave an imprint on a wondering mind

I am the queen of what ifs
Sitting on a throne of could've beens

My fears are my loyal subjects
Escorting my dreams to the gallows

My ambitions are now prisoners
To my court of procrastination

I, the queen
Reign over all of this regret
May we never forget
