Why is it
That we must
Fall
In love,
Like we fall into a trap?
Everything that falls
Gets broken.
*Love is
Fated to end in broken pieces
From the very beginning.
Just an old poem I dug up.

You are a really good fisherman,

And I am just but a foolish fish,

                                                                             Preposterously bitten your hook,
With your bait of feigned love attached to it,

Piercing it all the way to my heart,

Leaving me wounded with all of those prevaricates I've fell for,

But I don't know why,

                            I still love the feeling,

That you've been jumping in gladness,

                                             That you've finally caught me,

Even though I was hardly breathing,

'Cause you've taken  me away from the place,

That makes me breathe and gives me joy.

                                 It somehow gives me relief,

                 Seeing the auspicious sun,

Brightly gleaming into my beautiful scales,

Not knowing it was just a start of a baleful Gehenna!

I should've known all along that it's just an entice!

                              But I am still blessed,

'Cause I have manage to escape,

While damaging and harming myself in the process,

From the jailhouse that you've locked me in.

                                                      From then on,

              You've learned a lesson,

And use NET instead.

The worst part
Isn't the pain
Though it hurts

The worst part
Isn't the sadness
Though that's horrible

No,
The worst part
Is the emptiness

That feeling
When you don't see the step
And you fall down

When you try to sit down
And someone's moved the chair

When you reach for support
Only to find it's abandoned you

That is the worst part
Of saying goodbye

~

I wrote our initials in the sand
surrounded by a large heart
on a late summer afternoon
as the sun was setting,
then dove into a twilight ocean
waiting for the tide to come in
so that I could drown again
*deep within the love of us
Good night beautiful

Clouds of black,
Heavy rain.

Don't come back,
Please refrain.

Over the hills,
And next to the docks.

This is the place, now open the box.

the ones who chase the sunset
the ones who dream of dreaming on abandoned mattresses
the ones who never sleep
the ones who find homes in the passenger seat
the ones with endless wanderlust and bare feet
the ones who travel with journals on their sleeves
the ones with open minds and prying hands
the ones who finally learned how to speak
the ones with golden tongues and opalescent teeth
the ones with glowing green lights in their eyes
the ones with ticklish knees and bruised thighs
the ones with unheard symphonies in their eardrums
the ones who grow with the trees and bloom like chrysanthemums
the ones with ideas too big for the small town scene
the ones who perform silent spoken word for their television screens
the ones bubbling with spontaneity and sentimentality
the ones with broken dreamcatchers, lightbulbs, and families
the ones who are captivated by constellations and insanity
the ones who make snow angels on mountain peaks
the ones with freckles, curly hair, and rosy cheeks
and the one with olive skin and emerald split ends
the ones with tracing thumbs and laureled limbs
the ones who have taken each others flaws in
wrapped them in silk and blocked out the bitter wind
the ones who weave orbs with moth wings
the ones who still buzz with bee stings
the ones with the power and voodoo
the ones who don't think like you do
the earth, the fire, the water, the air
the ones who can't help but to stop and stare
the misfit poets;
the ones who dare to care.

Al
pain is relative;
my relative;
relating to
myself.
pain
is a
bit
of a
mess.
pain is
life's way,
a warning to
my head, “oh,
hey, you are alive,
hey, you are a thing.
that thing can bleed and
cry and scream but hey, hey,
it’s not too much, never say it’s
too much, please, stop for a bit, step
away from the edge, i’m sorry, hey come
back here, you aren’t done, will never be done.”
pain, my friend, don’t lie, your name is really Hope.
the shape is the thing that sticks in your throat when you want to speak but tricks you into thinking you don't need to
