Pearls of blood in eyes of Mary.
Waves of sadness hit me all the time.
What once was, now gone without a proper goodbye.
Pray for health to watch you grow,  bud of life.
While praising by living healthy.
Try to be kind and grateful all the time.
Live life with grace and elegance.
Like a flower in the wind.
Always staying in the wild.

The wildflower liked being in the wild. Flourishing in silent peace.
While dancing in the wind.

Shell✨🐚
While we bury  a loved one we are blessed with the birth of new life.
Have you forgotten the painted tractor
that sits atop the hill
the rush of pushing through
rustling pampas
when the land you stood on was yours

Where the day was won
before one
and the sun was a horse with wings
when night
was where the monsters lived
before they moved in next door

How a fence presented
irresistible challenge
a mélange of invite and dare
so we climbed
to find our golden goose
and handled it with care
I am Jack's complete lack of sleep
much regret
i fill my cup
then fill another
and call it a night

i'm tired of being afraid of what could happen
what i would give
to operate in the realm of reality
to purge myself of emotion and impulsion
to make a better life for myself

and its not that i can't
it'd just be easier if i didn't care
~
faded mauve
butterflies
fluttering along
defeated
selenitic walks
the sound of
abandoned ship bells
in the far
parlor north
but the guilt of
wind is silent
like Venetian whispers
from motionless lips

us, then
inward and upward
one step too far
a house of strangers
tipping like boats
seaworthy as sleep
oars divide
the ocean
but framed pictures
and love letters
unite the walls
to this unstable floor
then, us
always, us

"but I only pulled up my underwear?!;"

finish the sentence in a poem.
War
I'm at war with myself.
My confidence caught in between
a battlefield of destructive choices,
defeating words and deafening voices,
that strike me down constantly.
I'm over taken by armed anxieties,
their vocalities violently shattering
any chance I've had at victory.
My white flag falling at my feet,
as I hear them scream,
"You'll never be good enough!"
