Survived
I wish I could save those words
Listening to whom my heart emerged

They are still seducing my mind with their arcane
And all i could do is to hope that they aimed at me again.

Nothing
When not even
salt rain can escape the claws
of it's cousin

When fighting seems
pointless

That's the cue
to fight harder

angelique
lovers pouring in
traffic ebbs and flows
drowning in this sea
you would never suppose

it all seems like such a waste
one brief life one brief taste
vaporous faces drift on by
float on and upwards
through the wounded sky

oh i remember the caress of time
the crash of the waves
fingers all feathered and divine
glistening oblivion in salty blue caves

and you still look on
from long ago
head full of serpents
heart full of stone
a neverending dream...

You ask me why I eat my feelings?

Simple.

Food comforts me.
It doesn't beat me.

It doesn't mock me for crying.
Doesn't betray me.

It puts on fat to protect me.

From fists.
Belts.
Sharp
Words.
Past.
Present.
Future.

If I look like I lack discipline.

You misunderstand.

Discipline was never safe.
Never safe.
For me.

So I eat my feelings.
Of un-safe-ty.
Never close to
satiating
the hunger for love
inside of me.

Bless are you, because you see God.
Bless are you, because you hear God.
Bless are you, because you obey God.
Bless are you, because you love God.
Bless are you, because you are trying.
Bless are you, because you know God.
Bless are you, because you seeking him.
Bless are you, because you are chasing God.
Bless are you, because you never give up.

something
