bad kids don't die young and
tomorrow's just another day we fail

bad kids don't buy guns but
they swallow bullets as they wail

sad kid don't be shy, son;
they'll take you away just like the winds

look at that sad kid,
he don't - won't have none

still he wants to play
with them shells and ale

mad kids don't break them,
there's this jail with no walls and doors

bad kid - but he don't hate pen
swords and blades don't cut it anymore

sad kid don't be shy, son;
they'll take you away just like the winds

hey, mad kid - why don't you try some,
three's a crowd, fives a doubt and six a sin.

hey, sad kid - why don't you buy some,
take it in and they'll fix your grin.

hey, bad kid - you won't die young, and
they'll take you away just like the winds.
broken kids make the best stories.
There is only me
picking up acorns
from
under the oak tree,
just me
keeping an eye on the weather,

it looks like it might rain.
I look like I might cry,
but appearances
like performances
are subject to
cancellation.

Every time someone calls me
I fizz away.

Whenever people neglect me
I calmly stay.

Mirrors line the walls
in every nightmare.

The only thing worse
than your stare
is my own.

Hold your breath
and sing.

Whisper your secrets
until a truth is heard...

You must die to return
the way we did at birth.

In his arms,
feeling his embrace,
she felt safe.

The right words,
at the right time,
at the perfect place.

Her eyes captivated
by his handsome face.
His hands gently placed,
around her tiny waist.

Two strangers,
eye to eye
as they come
face to face

Her lipstick
as their mouths taste
each other for the first time
a memory that will last a life time
a flavor savored by his body soul and mind
he made her body his temple
and she made his body her shrine.

one llucy
As I open the door

The cold engulfs me first
raising hairs on my neck, shivers down my spine, prickles on my scalp

Next the smell
so mild, pleasant, crisp. similar to rain or dew
my lungs take in this air for the first time

The light begins to peek over the mountains
clearing the fog, cutting away the dark

The quiet is both a comfort and an uneasiness
Only the earth under my feet whispers as I walk the dirt path

The lake unblemished, like a mirror for the sky to look upon
no wind, no waves, no life

standing there, absorbing the surroundings
I am the one to break the silence, to shatter the utopia
as I drop the pebble in the waters…

these ripples go on                                                              *Forever

blonde hair blue eyes--
you're words scream rude and arrogant--
no one likes you can't you see?
