Sometimes, when I watch the stars
I wonder if they watch us too

I wonder if we, humans, amaze them
Grace the view that they see
Sparkle a light that they admire
Or maybe otherwise
I wonder if we scare them
Upset their lives with our presence
Disgust them with our dark hearts

I wonder if they deem us a splendid beauty
Or a horrible horrible mistake

Leave me to my melancholia, will I ever make it.
The only saving grace is no longer lit.
Tonight will be impossible to survive.
The moments we've shared will help revive.
The elements were against me for so many nights.
It's however this night we meet.
Butterflies are leading a large fleet.
With ultimate sacrifices made before each start.
Can you imagine a goodbye after I depart.
It's a brighter picture that fulfills my heart.

Procrastinated feelings
Swept under the night cover
Happy moon in full view
Trying to make the night brighter
Sitting apart in anticipation
Opportune moment to express
Bathing in the silver light
There comes a glimmer of hope
Aching hearts want to heal
Taste the heady potion together
Such a serene night, in conspiracy
Trying to make this an ethereal stage
Distances can be traversed
Tonight is the night
Spaces can be fulfilled with the love
That once was
Waiting for a crescendo moment
Souls can entwine under the silver light
Love always sees a glimmer of hope

on this boat I am safe as long as I can see shore
but that is not what I have built this for
I sailed out for adventure and a chance to explore
this place is too mundane I want something more
to navigate by the stars like in the times of yore
and find rubies and gold treasures galore
but first I must get there so I reach for my oar
and row into the unknown until I am sore
I look out to the east and the clouds I just abhor
the waves grow higher and the wind starts to roar
the clouds begin to light up and the rain starts to pour
a storm such as this one I have never seen before
and all this premonition I can no longer ignore
but I am not turning back I'll risk the ocean floor

Throughout this life
I wanted to rise
To conquer mountains
Even if scared of heights
With a helping hand
Fighting the wrong from right
living beyond the glory
No worries
No homeless stories
Only gardens of berry's

In the face of tyranny
We gaze in irony
The awareness of the population
The general opinions of the nation
Contributed participation
Might solve all the equations
An empire will be
Joined strongly and free
Made consciously
Conserved peacefully
In dignity & wealth
All it will ever be
A place of harmony
Where we all can be
