Fog
She creeps quietly
into the dim lights of the city
inundating gentle delicate thoughts
into a deluged gray haze,
lingering vacantly in fragile minds,
and drifts over towns like an overcast of curtains
like a nebulous blanket
for she leaves with an air of mystery
on little silent cat feet
Fog comes and goes as she pleases,
on silent cat feet

I hope the weather here get's better,
it's been raining nonstop for two weeks! It's so depressing outside :(

Black and Blue
it hurts better than any other pain.

for in the end:
    cuts will leave scars
        tears will leave wrinkles
            cigarettes will burn your lungs
                love will burn your heart

But hunger leaves you thin.

You're someones beautiful disaster. You're something that someone has been looking for all their life.

You're the reason why symphonies are played with such emotion. You're the reason poetry is made. You're the reason people smile in the morning.

You're the reason for people to have a reason. You're someones one and only. Someones first thought when they wake up and last thought when they fall asleep.

You're something amazing. Everyday you show it, even if you don't notice it. You're something no words can explain.

Someday you'll meet someone who will try to put it into words but won't need to because they show it everyday. Just give it time.

You're someones, someone!

like clockwork
i don't remember how we used to be
its bled from memories to daydreams.
all thats left of me and you
is the dust of a single year.
i've always been your shadow but
birds fly too high to see whats beneath
(whats a shade without its maker?)
are there strangers in your smile
or was i just too blind to see before?
recollection is a fickle thing,
you must have been a fantasy.
flesh and blood looks so different before the eyes.
give up the ghost
you're not the one i left behind,
we're lovers turned strangers by the tide of time.
