There's something beautiful about the rain. The sound it makes as it hits hard surfaces. The way it slides down the windows. The smell of the earth... clean. The darkness of a grey sky. It calms me down. It makes me feel alright.
I love you more than children love candy stores
I love you the way pig men love ******
I love you more than coffee house maids love cigarettes
I love you more than addicts love their cold sweats
Loving you more than lovers have loved each other
I love you more than babies love butterfly kisses and white milk bottles
I love you the way being lost feels so satisfying
Because you know there's no where to go but up
I love that you love me
saying the word love makes me feel free
I love you more than I love the rain
Id live for hot days if you'd do it with me
Love isn't enough
I adore you my dear
Can't you see...
I love so much more than i could explain
Remove my problems.
Extract them out like one would extract the venom out of an anaconda’s tongue.
and then make a u turn,
take the first right,
and enter a completely disparate route.
                               Some type of re-birth
That is when I came to the realization that,
I need a fresher, more dire stack of cards to play with
To manipulate and over think,
If my game ends now, I’m just a myth
That is when I realized that these old cards don’t deserve me,
I’m out of patience, moves, and techniques
At that point, the cards were the ones playing me,
Rounds over,
Go get out,
Drive your rover,
Towards the woods,
Look all over,
For a new game, a new path to takeover
Something realer, something bolder
Who cares if you become the loner
***** this world, you be the controller
Perhaps it will crumble, and fall over but what truly matters is you stay sober
Cause oh, my mind,
on the other side,
A master prize
awaits your very fight,
to finally win over
So please, acquire
A new set of worries and desires
A burning outlook for your inner fire
                          Some motivation to proudly smile
and don’t forget those cards you want to compile
A newer game
       with so much more style
That’ll make the partial act of playing, Worthwhile.
Do you mean the ones who live on the other side?
Clear across the ocean, two miles in from the tide?

The ones that live with little means or the ones that live like we were meant to?
That work, play, stress, fear, and cry, just like we do?

The men who were created from the earth and the women from Adam's rib?
The ones who fall asleep staring at the same galaxies wondering if we're all there is?

Do you mean the ones in straw houses near dirt roads?
That learn how to survive on the land and wear the clothes that they sew?

Others and me,
I'm sorry, pardon me... I'm just slightly confused
Because when I think of them, I think of me
I can't separate the two.

In these halls of wailing souls
These halls of ailing babes
Stand I, to them, a fiendish ghole
Needles and tubes, different sizes and grades
Heartless, I ignore their wolf like howls
Gently readying needles of different shades

Their screams echo off these walls
My ears fold upon themselves, deaf to their fear
I must continue with my mission, discarding their shrill calls
I grab a flailing arm, steadily drawing it near
In goes my needle, liquid within, into ****** halls
In hope that their shrill cries don't persevere

In these halls of wailing souls
Silence falls on ailing babes
First attempt at rhyming...
Shout out to all those who do it effortlessly

Pray

That I may taste of you

Worship at your slender blemishless feet

Feast upon the divine banquet that is your core

Serenade you with praise deserving of your graceful form

That I may traverse the land that is your body

With eyes, hands, lips, tongue...

That I may make your mind my home

That I may always, and forever

Remain in your pulchritudunous presence

Alas, I can not

For you have trapped me in this live cage

Kept me in the proverbial limbo

A bare whisper away

Yet, still screams and echoes apart

The pain weighing heavily on my strained vocal cords

Slowly crushing my fragile heart

But I bear my cross with dignity, the constant torture

And I sit in silence

Watching, waiting

Hoping
For those of us in limbo...
Happy Valentine's Day.
