Lifting the veil
From dream world,
Remembering me
Into this body
Song bird
Gently strumming
My soul
Waking me
Into this day
I like the feeling of just waking up with bird chorus , (not by alarm) and just slowly letting myself feel the transition from dreamworld into waking world

Barring a robin
nothing sacred

The devil resides in my
right arm
&
God,
my left
sometimes I wonder
what would be
left
if I decided to not take action from fear of choosing the wrong step

hell coexists in
my mind
&
Heaven,
my heart
yet I think
that’s indeed my
art
the ability to manifest the myriad of universes within me as opposing they are

nightmares dwell within
my sleep
&
Hope,
my breath
where in that
reality fosters fantastical
depth
that every intake harbours the fate my world could change for the best

My reality is torn into two by
my existence
&
Yet,
life ensures
my contradictory nature
leads to positivity
assured
a metamorphosis turning my
temptations to strength guaranteeing
ethereal horizons to be made
broad

Will the rain never stop?
I sigh
and hear the cat snoring
in her box
The room is breathing just enough
I sigh and listen to it
racing through the eves
my thoughts
are rain
My house --  too quiet for it
My life?
My Love?
I am too tired to be restless

Drifting in mosaic
Tea berry
green  grows
between rotting leaves and pine needles
Everything is rain
I never get to hold...

accumulating water
falling from the sky
We are but dust.

Right in the quietest hour of the night...

She wears the jacket he forgot in her room...

Walks to that pond he liked...

...and she dives deep under.

And she stays there searching;

For that tear-drop he leaked and dropped into it

...She needs it...

To erase the ink she tattooed on his heart saying,

"goodbye"
