Do you ever think of me?
And the friendship that we shared
And when the next Dr. Who’s aired
Will you ever think of me?

Do you ever think of me?
When you're playing on your phone
When sitting in your room alone
Will you ever think of me?

Do you ever think of me?
When you're playing with your toy
And when the dragon you employ
Will you think of me?

Do you ever think of me?
When you read or when you write
When there's a poem within sight
Will you ever think of me?

Do you ever think of me?
If you do what are your thoughts
Are they of a friendship lost?
What do you think of me?
I wrote this for a friend who had ghosted me as a way to help deal with that loss

me thinks a sonnet is very hard to write
putting it on paper doth require skill
one must show the ease of a carefree kite
whence applying each and every ink spill
there's no room for bad mistakes being made
the formatting should carry the right tone
as stated by Will who knew of poetic trade
penning many hundreds in iambic cone
one did dare Shakespeare's enduring trail
on attempting his fourteen line layout
oh yes the challenging road did prevail
depicting a time honoured rhyming rout
with couplet concise one shall fly away
leaving a poem of red roses in May

Your
Sultry
Eyes speak of
Impulsive thoughts.
Combine together
As one, our lust and love.
I hear my name unspoken
In your warm unwavering gaze.
Pressing kisses taste of surging need;
Awakening wild passion within me.

pretty crystals shone atop the stream
they so transfixed an observing eye
as the sun did reflect down its beam

was like being caught in a dream
beautiful shimmers of light seen to ply
pretty crystals shone atop the stream

jewels of nature above the water's ream
exhibiting such a captivating dye
as the sun did reflect down its beam

how lovely this bedazzling team
glistening with a bewitching spry
pretty crystals shone atop the stream

the play across the surface of a leam
which drew a mirroring focal spy
as the sun did reflect down its beam

to partake of an engaging gleam
bought wonder unto a viewer's nye
pretty crystals shone atop the stream
as the sun reflected down its beam

let not your hope ever fall down
nor wear a frown
keep it growing
strong in showing

uplifting the spirits very well
with a cheery bell
it is sanguine
saying all's fine

so employ my upbeat message
for your usage
stay bright of tone
a buoyant zone

when I heed the ocean's pull
I hear its rhythmic roll
it makes my heart seem full
creating music in my soul

when the mountains call
with their mist so softly rising
above their majestic sprawl
my dreams are mesmerizing

I hear the ocean's rhythmic roll
its gentle lapping waves
creating music in my soul
the peace my spirit craves

with mountain mist so softly rising
above gently rolling crowns
my dreams are mesmerizing
of that peaceful sacred ground

ocean's gentle lapping waves
licking feet, tickling toes
the peace my spirit craves
takes away my woes

above gently rolling crowns
the sky cerulean blue, a part
of that peaceful sacred ground
that lifts my grateful heart

ocean licking feet, tickling toes
enjoyment to the full
takes away my woes
when I heed the ocean's pull

the sky cerulean blue, a part
of enjoyment to enthrall
that lifts my grateful heart
when I hear the mountains' call
Tried adding to the Ocean Pantoum adding the mountains as an intertwined pantoum. I love both.

The world is full of fools’ theory
Listening to them I feel weary.
Such egoistic heads tell not to worry
And at our back talk oscillatory
Bad about us, creating a crematory
Where they bury their own glory.
They have a bad attitude of sanatory
Coward, showy, deceitful, predatory.

The world is full of fools’ theory
Listening to them I feel weary.
I too had such a mad hoary
Who was ready with an itinerary,
Where all bad & deceit come corollary
As she had a base habit of obfuscatory.
She knew less concepts contemporary
And thought herself vital primary.

The world is full of fools’ theory
Listening to them I feel weary.
Would always ask if I hunky-dory?
We knew those emotions were vapory –
Happy, then sad, angry then nugatory!
Her emotions changed as witch’s allegory,
Hate, spurn, prune are her favourite mandatory:
Now singly fights with colleagues hortatory;
Alas! Does not know her faults & category.

Listening to them I feel weary.
Would always ask if hunky-dory?
At first I tried to be a promontory
So that I can save her crematory;
Blind with pride, less corroboratory,
She spurned me having derogatory.
Now also I pity her as she is a hoary
But wish she improves her oratory.
