i wish i could change where i am
my last breath
seeing you as i release
your hands warm my heart
my life is complete
i sigh knowing
you’re just out of reach

Just to breathe your exhaled,
Makes me respirate with twice the pace .
Should I torch my lungs ?
In the offence of this illicit way .
To be under your roof ,
Supposed to have suffocated me !

If I attempted to expose
My many dysfunctions
With words that simply rhymed
My heart would surely ache
As I committed to relate
The faults in my weary mind
What I'm really trying to say
Between these lines is where I fade
And so I survive another day!
