my thoughts are drifting
wandering
dancing like petals on the wind
they climb the sky
and fly wherever
ride the timeline
like a river

Do you miss him?
Yes
Do you love him?
With all my heart
Do want to be with him?
Sometimes
So you'll talk to him again?
No, never

I took          a trip
I took                a look
That tree could read me
Like                      a book
And                 open me
Like a             library
Cipher      in the
Sanctuary
Deeper
Still deeper
Inside the place
Where           secret
Knowledge         hides
The twin snakes ladder
Necklace              chain
Make life        by any
Other           name

You know it’s time to go
When the happy moments aren’t the same
You know it’s time to go
When the tender love is now a game
You know it’s time to go
When the time you spend begins to wain
You know it’s time to go
When their voice can cause you instant pain.
You know it’s time to go......

But you can’t.

How to poet a life away

Toss the trite learned

Skip grammar mostly too

Rhyme or not is all yours

Step to drummer unheard

Believe in life yet untold

Read a thousand times

More than you write

Live, so you will know

What you are talking about

Take wild leaps in mind

Without losing it too far

Write not only about love

Although that’s all there

Really is or really is not

Fall in some love also

More than simply once

With not only your words

But others in thought

Wishing to poet too

Nightmares plague my sleep
And my reality
And all the **** time
I have sleep anxiety/ nightmare disorder, sometimes insomnia. So whenever I do get sleep, it’s never restful. I often wake in the middle of the night, scared and shivering, but I don’t remember why. I’m just scared. Then, throughout the day, disturbing images flash randomly through my head. I guess they’re from nightmares...
