May I have a WORD?
     With the warrior's sword?
         That pierces the broken heart?
It malices it's melodies -
     And plays a Love Song;
Woven into a Wedding Bell.
Alas, to his loving I tell,
    On that Embracing day -
So tell the Songstress;
Play it again - Play it away.

Where doth runs the heartless man?
      Whoever roams this day,
Sobbing to its sunset,
       For a pointless victory.
Behold the fallen warrior!
       The sorrowful swordsman slain -
Time's latest victim;
Alas - a Love only in Vain.
Chewing words, this one's sweet, look a sentence, more to eat

Crunching nouns, I love the sounds

Grinding pronouns into grounds

My favorite words are adjectives, like herbs they're flavor additives

Conjunctions help to bind the meal

Verbs now helping chew with zeal

Not sure I can articulate how much I love what I just ate!

Up and down I go
From high to low low low.

Happy in the day
but sad in every way.

Hurting from the inside out
masking what im all about.
I keep falling through
This black Void I thought I once knew
I used to be a joyful girl
But that was long before I met you

I keep on walking through
This black void that was you
Maybe it was your comfort that made me smile
And it made me feel at peace for awhile

I keep trying to run
From this monster and it's not fun
And i keep trying to escape
You're more deadly than fate

But when I finally escape
I just get pulled back in
Maybe I will never stop because
This viscous cycle will never end
Second poem woop! I've been in a writers block lately so this is a poem I wrote in early December
A princess with a broke heart.
A prince with impeccable smarts

A princess  who could never trust
A prince with tremendous lust

A princess that wouldn't fall
A prince who knew it all

A princess who fell in love
A prince who knew nothing of

A princess who would weep
A prince  fast asleep

A princess that carried lies
A prince with ocean eyes

A princess who was dying
A prince that was felt like he was flying

A princess stuck in her dreams
A prince with High esteem

A princess who finally had enough
A prince who acted tough

A princess who spilled her guts
A prince had slept with the *****

The princess who said a eight letter phrase
The prince who would never be just a phase

A simple girl who fell in love with
A  complicated guy who just slipped by

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder,
Money in the pocket of the biggest shareholder

Day by day, we grow older
Love is lost, hearts grow colder

So while you still can, you should hold her
Say what you feel, before you wish you'd told her

Don't stash your dreams away, in that folder
As you care less what they think, you'll get bolder

Listen to those, who need a shoulder
Let her live, don't try to mold her

Don't sell your soul, for something golder
