That I did always love
I bring thee Proof
That till I loved
I never lived—Enough—

That I shall love alway—
I argue thee
That love is life—
And life hath Immortality—

This—dost thou doubt—Sweet—
Then have I
Nothing to show
But Calvary—

i don't pay attention to the
world ending.
it has ended for me
many times
and began again in the morning.

go back to work.
do not waste time.

sleep is worthless.
do not waste time.

here is more work.
do not waste time.

you cannot run.
it will end you.
do not waste time.

work is everything.
your feelings don't matter.
do not waste time.

who are you without work?
correct.
you are no one.
you are nothing but work.

do not waste time.

or time will waste you.
(i felt really stressed out by the unholy amount of homework i got tonight, so i took a quick 10 min break and wrote this.
if my teachers aren't crazy then i don't know who is.)

I want to do something
So incredibly stupid
Just to see
What happens
To see
What it feels like

But the consequences
Of my stupidity
Are such that
I could never dare
To face
To give in

But how wonderful
It would feel
If I could just
Let myself
Do something
Something stupid

It’s nice to know you’re still reading my poems,
even if you can’t look me in the face.
